The Cove was a delightful stay for my husband and I. I especially appreciated that this location was pet friendly and a great place to bring our dog. Lots of space, quiet, and cozy. We also appreciated her responsiveness to the front porch lights being burnt out- this was taken care of immediately the next day and we extremely grateful for the care shown by our host. Would absolutely book again!

I can’t say enough good things to explain how wonderful this house is! It is so spacious and CLEAN!! It is exactly as pictured/explained. Everything works perfectly. Paula was very nice and kept us updated. Check in with door keypad was very convenient, as we were later getting there. If you’re anywhere near the area - I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it 😊

This house was the perfect getaway! The location was close to town and the highway but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space and amenities were exactly as listed and all the kid friendly additions at the house were great! The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Anna thought of everything someone might need for a “home away from home.” The place was beautifully decorated with everything seemingly brand new. It was a very comfortable and peaceful place to hang out. Being outside was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pond and the backdrop of woods with changing autumn leaves. It was the perfect location being so close to the outlets and restaurants too.

If you are thinking about….. just do it!!! OMG!!! My family and I had a beautiful time. It was pretty, spacious, lots and lots of space. Just everything about this place was wonderful. Everyone kept talking about how much fun that had. We played games, went fishing, and sat in the kitchen and enjoyed mornings drinking coffee with one another. You will not regret renting this space. I would give Lydia 100 stars if I could. Thank you for everything Lydia.

We enjoyed our stay at Robyn's cottage in the quaint Lake Canadohta community. She even let us change our dates & check in early! Had 2 fires at the fire pit, too. Comfortable bed. The Frog Pond Restaurant has a nice "hoppy" hour, which we took advantage of.

This was our 2nd stay here, and experience was just as great as the 1st! Ideal cottage for relaxing at the lake! Exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. Michelle was so responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place was very accommodating for my mom and I when we stayed during my father’s surgery and post op recovery at the hospital. This home had everything we need for our 5 day stay. We didn’t come across anything we wish we would have had. Very comfortable beds and very caring host. Thanks Michelle!

Staying in Gene's home felt like staying with family. He truly is the most generous and thoughtful host we've ever encountered: the fridge is stocked with loads of beverages (wine, beer, canned cocktails, bottled water); breakfast foods: eggs, English muffins, cheese, Canadian bacon. He's also stocked the pantry with plenty of snacks, cooking essentials, e.g., seasonings, oils, plus all the cooking utensils and items you'll need. The house is well-laid out, comfortable and private. Beautiful views of nature and the creek. We loved streaming at night on the cozy sectional sofa -- I fell asleep on it 2 night in a row. Other thoughtful touches: candles on a timer, loads of books all over the house, double-filtered water from the tap, dog-friendly ice melt, dog poop bags, cozy throw blankets. We look forward to returning. Thanks, Gene, for all your communication (and patience with my many questions) and your spirit of generosity.

The cabin was on the river and had a very nice yard that sloped right down to the water. It was November and we did fish a little but were unlucky. I would definitely rent this in the summer just to play in the water. There was fire wood and a great fire pit. The deck and furniture were excellent. The cabin was spotless and had amenities that I did not expect--dish soap, kitchen towels, washer, dryer. etc. The only possible negative comment is that the sitting area was combined with the kitchen so the TVs were located in the bedrooms. This would have been fine had it been more than my husband and I. We usually travel with family and never turn on a TV. The host, Erwin, communicated well and made sure we could contact him at any time with any questions. I would rent again from him with confidence.
