This is a lovely condo. Super clean, lots of room, beautiful furnishings. Riley was responsive and so great when I had some pesky questions. He was gracious and responsive in the best way. This condo is a gem!

Great location! Very clean and had a great welcome basket when we arrived - gave helpful tips about the area as well as recommendations for dining and things to do. The space was very clean and tidy!

We had just a great weekend in T.C. Samantha's place was just beautiful and having the cafe right below was so fun. Thanks again for letting us stay, we will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

David and Nicole were exceptional hosts. They were extremely responsive and genuinely vested in a comfortable and pleasurable stay. Their attention to detail, well equipped accommodations made my stay better than my own home. Everything in its place and easy to find. Perfect location for a quick weekend trip at sleeping bear dunes. Town restaurants were good and hospitable and very walkable. For two people I’d say it the perfect size for a few days.

Jason’s studio was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently located to all the area has to offer. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Samantha’s place. It was close to everything for the wedding weekend and was very comfy.

We had 8 adults in our group and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean, in a good location and the check in/out was easy. Good communication. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable cottage on the Main Street in Empire. So much room for our entire family with room to spare. The area is so beautiful and the house is close to all of the attractions in the area.

I really enjoyed staying in Andrew’s place - it’s only a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops in Glen Arbor. There is plenty of space for a family and everything was clean.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

The place had a lot more space than I was expecting based on the photos. It is right in downtown and everything is walkable! It was exactly what we needed and the instructions were clear and the place was easy to find.

We had a nice time staying for a long weekend! Even in April, the views of the surrounding woods through the large windows was great.

Great location close to town, walk to tasting rooms, restaurants, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, charming, has everything we need. Have stayed several times and we love it.

Peter was a great host. Very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. The house was in great condition and only a few minutes away from downtown.

We stayed at Caroline's place for a long weekend getaway and it was lovely. The home was clean and cozy, we felt like we were in a treehouse with the wooded surroundings and fresh snow fall. It was very peaceful. We loved the wood burning fireplace. There was firewood and starters available in the sheds outside which was very convenient. It's also walking distance to the spa nearby which has a great view of the lake. We hope to come back and visit again sometime!

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!

Super special place. We felt so fortunate to have found it. It’s no wonder families return year after year. Simple, mellow days wandering the grounds, rockhounding the shore, kayaking, swimming, napping. Felt like a true vacation. Thank you for hosting such a memorable time for us.

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!
