Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Leeds and the Thousand Islands

Beautiful home in a great location. The home contained everything we needed for a family getaway. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved exploring Picton and Prince Edward County.

Dillon's place was wonderful! Loved the decor, extremely clean, Koodo's to the cleaner 👏👏. As a host myself I look for cleanliness. There is everything you need for your stay n more. LOVED the Hot Tub! We got a chance to meet Dillon, what an outstanding guy! We also had a chance to meet his mom who was attending the same event as us ☺️. Highly recommend staying here, hands down.

Came up for a girls and had an absolute blast! Great location also, so close to town, gorgeous view. Sauna and hot tub were really easy to use as well! We are already planning our next trip back!

if your ever out in Carleton place they all say the Mississippi dripped off of Big Joe's face and also Scott has the best airbnb in the area! had a wonderful stay. went to Ottawa for the hockey playoffs and I had car trouble, Scott allowed me to use his truck since I had car trouble! absolutely above and beyond in all aspects. so generous and so thankful I stayed here. hot tub was so relaxing, and the loft style home is great for all -kids, guys, girls but is a gamers paradise especially if you grew up in the 80s and 90s! don't look further than Scotts place in Carleton place! I felt like family! 😆😊 incredibly thankful for Scott's generosity and I will be back anytime I'm out that way. This host and place shatters the 5 star scale just too bad we didn't win the game or would of been the perfect getaway. cheers Scott! you are the man!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

Great place, beautifully designed in a very quiet area - yet only a short drive from restaurants and other attractions in town. Our hosts Trevor and Rachel were great, and their place had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

What can I say about this place other than it was everything and more! We walked in to the place smelling beautiful, the sound of soft music playing, our name and about our stay on the TV, his and her bath robes and flip flops, chocolates on our pillows, and so much more. We went during off season in the area and it was the perfect getaway we wish we stayed longer. Hot tub was clean, kitchen was fully stocked for making dinners, and the bed was beyond comfortable. We watched many movies on the lazy couch for two! The house was super clean and everything was labeled with instructions and QR codes. Connecting to WiFi was easy. We played some games the had and made many espresso martinis and coffees! We are thinking of booking with Lisa and heather again. Thank you for an AMAZING stay!

Nature lovers paradise!! We are bird nerds and nature lovers, so this location was perfection. Very quiet location. Super private. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well both nights. The kitchen functioned beautifully and the entire house was extremely clean. There was kindeling in the fire place all set up for us to use and everthing we needed to add to the fire. Suitable lighting throughout and lovely art work in each room. Tastefully styled home. Comfortable with high end (heated floors in the bathroom). The hot tub was 10 out of 10, just like everything else! We really hope we are able to stay here again. Holly & Shaun

Absolutely beautiful place. Pictures don't justify how amazing it looks. The grill outside was amazing to have a cookout. Loved waking up and being able to walk downstairs to the coffee bar it's just like a mini Tim Hortons. The upstairs bedrooms balcony is perfect to go out and play some music and enjoy the beautiful nature we were able to watch deer walk around the backyard which was pretty neat. We loved being able to walk right into the house and just immediately smell the natural wood. Very cute and cozy home for anyone looking to get away. If your a nature person it is perfect for you there are so many parks and gorg's we found and were able to walk around and enjoy being away from our personal lives. The host was very quick at texting back if we needed anything and was so beyond respectful and very helpful! Would strongly recommend to anyone. Very affordable and the best experience I've had on Airbnb!

Julie sent us the cottage address and more information well in advance of our arrival. She was friendly and even though she lives close by we couldn't see her house and she gave us total privacy. The hot tub was so amazing and secluded. The house was warm and clean. Very quiet location. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Julie!

I have experienced a few airbnbs to date and must say that I have yet to experience anything unpleasant. That's because of the incredible integrity of hostesses like Charlotte, overseeing places like this sweet gem: true to its advertisement, and very well laid out instructions which kept us from having to inquire about anything. We came to create and we came to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. My husband and I are calling this our "Oasis-Escapis" and plan to bring more monumental celebrations and creative endeavours here. This was our second time at Johns place, we had an amazing time. The place is always well kept and the water was amazing! John is very responsive and a great communicator, there if we needed something. Definitely recommend Johns place if you’re looking for a peaceful yet fun filled getaway! Thank you John!

Great Lake front cabin with lots of amenities. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, hot tub- kept our family of five, including 3 teenagers occupied for days. Love the addition of the gas fire pit on the porch off the living room- started and ended every day out there, watching and listening to all the lake has to offer. Great trail running right from east shore drive. We loved it! We will be back!

Lauren was a very helpful and accommodating host. We had no issues at all with anything during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and quiet. A lot of private space to hike around. Would definitely recommend.
