The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious, and cozy all on one. We all felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures, which always a pleasant surprise. Karen was a great host! She responded in a timely manner to every question I had. This is a gem and we will return.

Super clean house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and pool toys! Plenty of space for our family. The driveway is hard to back down but that could just be me because I am terrible at reversing.😀 Great price, comfy beds and good water pressure in the shower which is a must for me!

Very convenient location, walkable to Downtown apex / Salem street, we used the pool and enjoyed the coffee shop close by and the grocery store. Super convenient and very comfortable place

Would definitely recommend for families wanting space, comfort and togetherness. We were all in town for a wedding and was pleased to have our family and friends together in a country, causal, well equipped home. It’s nothing fancy, but well maintained and gave us lots of space to prepare deserts for the wedding, decorations and meals for our family. Great open kitchen and the kids loved the pool.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful quiet home with lots of space for our family. The amenities are endless. We played tennis, pickleball had game nights, well stocked kitchen. Close to WakeMed which is why we were there. Hosts were flexible in our check in time which was wonderful, also always responsive and had great recommendations. If in the area again we’d definitely stay again. Thank you again!

We stayed here for 3 months after our home caught fire. It felt like home from the first day. Rene was so kind. She opened the pool early for us and kept it clean, and the yard was picked up and mowed. She set up snacks for us on move-in day, and the pantry was well stocked. The backyard pool paradise was stunning. Lots of gorgeous plants, trees, and flowers. A Roku TV, Echo Dot, and gas fire pit table on a patio gazebo were perfect for nights out in any weather. This house is on a quiet cul de sac with nice, quiet neighbors on all sides.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the house, the pool and the grounds generally. Alissa is a five star host and was super responsive and helpful. The house is very well stocked, and Alissa made every effort to plan things ahead of time specific to our stay. Thank you!!

Very beautiful home! Located in a fairly new construction area,you will not be disappointed. This home is very spacious and is great for any large family or group visiting the area. The host was always responsive and communicative. Highly recommended this property if you are wanting to have luxury and space during your stay in the area.

Came to Sanford to visit relatives and needed a base camp for us and our doggos. This place was absolutely perfect. Clean, inviting, had everything we needed, cozy, amazing proximity to downtown. Hoang was super responsive and helpful - easy check in and felt right at home. The space is so big and each room had its own TV and was so welcoming to come home to at the end of the day. Pristine in how clean it was. Slept amazing. Could not have found a better place and will be booking here without question next time we visit.

There was a problem with the AC when we checked in. Within 20 minutes of calling our host, a technician had come by and fixed the problem !!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and accommodations convenient to restaurants and stores nearby. Perfect for visiting family and enjoying local activities. Great home and host!

This home is a relaxing getaway, with a refreshing pool to take a dip in, a game room to hangout with your guests, fishing down and the pond and no neighbors around. It really is Paradise on Earth. Hoang is a great host, who answers quick and at any time of the day.

A great location for us. Visited my 97 year old father-in-law who is in a senior living home in Sanford. This home was a mile drive to see him so it was extremely convenient. Hope to be able to book these same accommodations when we visit him in the future. Thank you for a very nice visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lacy’s! She was very responsive and the home was perfect for our trip. The beach front lake access was so convenient for swimming and relaxing. There is a grocery store close for everything you need. We plan to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage in Sanford, NC. The place was impeccably clean, and the view was beautiful. We especially loved watching the turtles, particularly the one with the distinctive shell pattern. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them each morning. Although we couldn't go fishing or canoeing due to the rain, it made our stay even more relaxing. Being off the grid was a refreshing change, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Father's Day weekend with my son and husband. We're looking forward to returning regularly! This was such a perfect stay for a couple nights coming in town for a golf trip. Will definitely be back!

The house was the best we have stayed in with Airbnb and VRBO. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. The only complaint was the wifi service, even after connecting we still had alot of problems. Overall will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay! The home gives a very cozy cottage vibe and is tucked away beautifully with tree's and a long driveway. The home has been beautifully renovated but still has so much charm. We are so excited to stay at the home in the future!

We had a great vacation at Polina's home. Everything was very well stocked. The azalea bushes were in bloom and were just gorgeous.
