Le Petit Champ is a little gem, combining all the advantages of being just 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of town but with a beautiful outlook at the rear over established woodland. Situated on a private clos, it has its own entrance, small private courtyard to the front, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large lounge/dining room on the ground floor and double bedroom on the first floor. NB Not suitable for toddlers. NO commercial vehicles. 40% monthly discounts Nov-Mar inc.
