Catherine's accommodation is extremely incredible, it's worth a thousand times its price, excellent location and safe area, very nice house with excellent views, super comfortable, spacious and clean. The owner is super friendly and kind, she was attentive even long before. The apartment has everything and is quite large. If I go back to Clermont, I won't hesitate to stay with Catherine again. It was my best experience with Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of Clermont-Ferrand city center and conveniently close to good-quality local grocery shops. It was clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable. The only two minor issues were a toaster that didn’t work properly and an occasional unpleasant smell in the shower room. However, the smell seemed more related to the building than the apartment itself, which was otherwise very clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.

We had a great time in this cozy and extremely well located apartment in the heart of the charming village of Besse. We found everything we needed and particularly comfortable bedding. Our daughter didn't want to leave and asked that we come back next year!

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Laure was always responsive and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, well located if you want to both enjoy the city center (on foot or via public transport) and go out easily by car to go hiking in the Chaîne des Puys. A big plus is the private garage that opens directly to the street.

My stay was lovely. Katia was very helpful and flexible. The flat served as a great base for the Super Base ski resort. I loved the location, which overlooks the castle. Highly recommended!

The environment is peaceful and the location is ideal for exploring Auvergne. Denise advised us of several nearby sights and hikes. A good address to remember!

Super well located apartment, lots of shops around the residence, store, tobacco shop, bank... Otherwise you can walk a little to find yourself on Place de Jaude with bars and shops. Feel free to book it if you're in the area.

This is an apartment that has just been renovated, and it is a successful renovation. Spacious (there were two of us), pleasant to stay in, very functional, effective decoration. Convenient location near the city center. Sylvie was available and responsive. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very easy to access, close to the train station and the various buses to visit the surrounding area. The bedding is top notch I recommend the Magnolpas butcher shop, which is too far away, for quality meat and the Les Commerçants restaurant near the train station for an excellent truffade.
