Had a lovely quiet stay with our dogs in 'the dovecote'. A unique house, authentic and tastefully decorated and a beautiful large garden. Wonderfully sheltered under the canopy, enjoyed the view and the Jacuzzi. With the bonus of a reasonably large Colruyt supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. We'd love to come back!

Great experience at La Forge over the weekend :-) I personally was there with 10 friends and we had a nice stay. Several activities are possible such as table tennis, bowling and pool. Everything was used and was a lot of fun. Check-in and check-out completely straightforward - fast, easy and reliable, that's how it should be. Raphael is highly recommended. I'd gladly come back

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

Fantastic accommodation, in a truly beautiful location, with exceptional hosts. Our stay was, in word one, perfect. The gîte was spacious, comfortable, and extremely practical for a one-month stay, with our 2 x small dogs. The wood burning stove was an extremely nice feature, making the evenings particularly cozy. Also, special mention must go to the water, which could arguably be the best water we've ever had! Coming straight from a nearby stream, it is so clean and delicious. The location is amazing - stepping out of the gîte, you are surrounded by beautiful meadows and woodland (with plenty of wildlife). The views of the surrounding mountains are amazing. It is also very practical in terms of local amenities (cafes, shops, and other points of interest). Justine and Sebastien were excellent hosts, making us feel right at home. Not only were they especially kind and generous, they also had great advise for nearby activities. We would highly recommend staying here! Mike & Candice

Super nice friendly host family with her young sweet dog Margareth the place was very cozy and clean a quiet oasis to come down and relax beautifully surrounded by lakes and ponds it was very nice with my Oscar ( Bernese mountain dog) with sure to come back again thank you again for EVERYTHING 🤙🏻👍🏻🤙🏻

We spent a few very nice days in the apartment and it's very well located, clean and well arranged. An ideal place if you like hiking. And Vincent is great, we were well received and he is always available if you need information or anything else. I would recommend it 100%

I stayed at Carole’s cottage with three friends, and it was the perfect getaway spot. The location is fantastic—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only about an hour’s drive from Strasbourg and Colmar. It’s also well connected to many beautiful hikes in the area. The property itself is lovely, with a small lake and pedalos, hammocks, goats, and horses. The chalet looked exactly like the pictures: cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a bit of a humid smell in the downstairs room, likely due to the rainy weather during our stay, but nothing too disruptive. Carole and her family were very sweet and welcoming. Although communication was a bit slow at times, it was always followed by warm and helpful replies. The pool was a great bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended if you're looking to unwind in nature without being too far from nearby cities and amenities.

Our very short stay (with very gloomy weather) did not allow us to fully enjoy the surrounding activities and the beautiful garden of our hosts. We had a lovely time at Gillou and Emilie's place which matches the description and photos perfectly. We highly recommend it. One detail: stairs that are not easy (to consider with children or for older people).

Had a nice stay, responded quickly to questions and very comfortable house with good shower and beds! After 4 days the gas was gone, this was resolved very quickly. Relax by the pool. Kitchen utensils could be of better quality (knives and frying pan), for the rest absolutely everything is present. I've been there with a buddy for a cycling holiday, this was really perfect for that! Would definitely recommend it!

Tastefully renovated farm, a rustic and green setting, we had a lovely weekend with our friends. The 2 small children enjoyed the swings and the slide, the dogs were able to play in the garden (there were barriers available to block direct access to the road, but be careful however the garden is not fenced at the back). Access to this garden space is by exiting the house, but we passed a lot of things through the kitchen window, which is very convenient! The village is quiet, beautiful walks nearby. We had access to the family pool at Marie's house, 5-10 min walk. We found everything we needed in the house, which was clean and tidy when we arrived. Thank you for hosting us!

Vincent was very nice, friendly and helpful. At the beginning, his mother welcomed us, she was also very friendly, nice and helpful. The place was perfect, the views were breathtaking. As a great extra, we were allowed to help ourselves to the cherry tree and the vegetable bed. It was a very nice holiday

Great hospitality from Elise... and adorable dogs Rumba and Tina! The cabin is secluded, in the heart of nature, quiet and perfectly matches the listing. Comfortable bed, hanging net for relaxation, terrace overlooking the forest, small lack of privacy for the toilets but it's in the cabin spirit! We really enjoyed this two-night break here. The common room is nice with the fridge and plenty of games available. And a big thank you again to Sébastien for his generosity in discovering saffron ;) We would recommend it in a second!

We spent 5 days at Nicolas' place and had a very nice stay. Our two children had fun in the hot tub and enjoyed watching deer and foxes at the nearby edge of the forest. We enjoyed it very much 👍

Laurent and Marie-Aude are among those people we remember. A warm welcome, a sublime little cottage tastefully decorated and delicious breakfasts! From the bouquet of wildflowers to the warmth of the fireplace, everything is done to make you feel good. Our four-legged friends are also very welcome! We'll be happy to go back!

We had an exceptional stay. Despite the pouring rain, Ely was waiting for us at the entrance to the path. A small fire in the fireplace warmed the house. Nicole cooked us a delicious rhubarb cake. What a welcome! The place is exceptional, peaceful and rejuvenating. We highly recommend this accommodation for lovers of nature and hiking. Our dog Oslo also made the most of his weekend. The time in this cozy cottage was an absolute highlight for us. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the tranquility and the view. Simply enchanting. In addition, we had a very friendly host with Michi who was very happy to help us with all the questions we had. That was really very pleasant. In addition, we also booked the Table d'hôte with Michi and it was absolutely worth it. We were cooked with local products from her garden or from the neighbors and it was absolutely delicious ! Communication with our host was excellent. We found the house easily and could park our car in a safe location just outside the entry of the house. We entered into a large utility room with toilet and separate bathroom opening off it. A step led down to the neat little kitchen/diner with a good table and two benches. Stairs to the first floor went up from the kitchen. From the kitchen an opening took you into a comfortable lounge with a front door . At the top of the stairs was a small room with a single bed and leading from there a very large bedroom with a double bed. The house was immaculate. We felt at home. Back outside there was a little enclosed lawn area just a few metres from the door. The place was in a private cul de sac. We had a dog and it was good to see hard floors and not worry about carpets. The village has just one Co-op, a bread shop and a butchers. All were closed as we were there on a holiday. There is nowhere to get a meal unless you go by car. We would return

Beautiful place to stay, really great to relax. Good starting point for hiking. The food from Elke and Uwe was super delicious. The two are very welcoming. Breakfast was also great 👍 You're right at home . You will also be greeted joyfully by the dog Lotta. Will come again any time!

We most enjoyed the cottage. It was spotless, very tasteful, comfortabel, with great beds and a perfect bathroom. The porch was fantastic on sunny days, in particular with the lounge chairs and the bbq. The greatest feature was the jaccuzi room, very nice in particular on a rainy day. The area is great for long walks- be it that it takes a drive and for lovely villages, within an hour’s drive. We recommend it. Many thanks!

We felt really comfortable with Florent and especially enjoyed the tranquility of the house. Florent was always easily accessible and very friendly! The house is furnished with an incredible amount of love and you feel right at home!
