The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

This studio located 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Chartres has been designed so that you can escape from your daily life, find calm and relaxation. Small decorative touches that will allow you to travel during your stay :) Although the studio is located in a shared garden, it has a private secluded terrace.
