A tastefully decorated and very clean cottage, a considerate and responsive host, a relaxing setting that invites you to relax. A remarkable point about the quality of the bedding and linens. If you love birdsong, frog concerts and beautiful stones, this cottage is ideal!

Spacious house, with all the necessities, perfect for our group of friends. Communication was very fluid with the host (and his mom), who were flexible about our departure time.

This house is stunning - far better, more stylish and larger than the photos convey. It can easily take 12 people - with tonnes of room to spare - and is fantastic for families with young children. The house is enormous, and very well equipped (though do note there is no TV). The grounds are massive (prob a square km at least) - and the pool is fantastic (not ‘heated’ but kept far warmer than most heated pools by the dome it’s under). Everything is child friendly. Location isn’t amazing in of itself (not much in walking distance) - but you’re only 30-50 mins from lots of the Loire Valley’s greatest chateaus. Host’s were very responsive and helpful. If I had to pick a negative it could probably do with more bathrooms, but can’t really recommend this place enough really. We’ll probably go back at some point.

Beautiful property in a relaxing and very exotic forest setting. Suitable for family reunions thanks to the indoor and outdoor spaces, the games available, and the warmth of the fireplace. Too bad the weather was wet, the kids were still able to enjoy the trampoline,table tennis and basketball board between the drops!

Baptiste is an accessible and welcoming person. The place is impeccable. And we thank him again for visiting his cellar.

We had a great time with friends. We've been doing this at Easter for several years. Unanimously, this was the most popular cottage of all. It is very well located, quiet, surrounded by greenery, spacious and comfortable. Renovated in a modern way while keeping the character of the origin of the Berry farmhouse. Great value for money. Finally, I highly recommend this cottage especially for fans of old combi, many subtle references are made to it. I have two, and I was delighted. Many thanks Julie and Laurent. I would highly recommend it! Ground floor apartment, on-site parking, pleasant exterior, very well located for walking around town, interior renovated with care, the hosts are very friendly so I had a lovely stay! There's no doubt I'll be back!
