It’s impossible for there to be a better stay in Dinan. Stay in an incredible historic building in the heart of old dinan, with an expansive living space, beautiful windows, spotless home, with a kind and thoughtful host. Check in was painless, Ann-Katherin was so kind to meet us, help us park and show us into the apartment. What a treat to have easy, free parking a short 3 minute walk to old town. Dinan is a gem of medieval architecture and you get to stay right in it! Her home is modern, extremely clean, with very thoughtful touches throughout. It’s places like this that bring people back to Airbnb.

Clean and functional accommodation, we spent only one night and it was nice. 2 steps from Thabor Park and 15 min from the train station

Christian's place is great, good location, clean, very cozy. Christian is very responsive and the instructions are clear. I highly recommend if you are visiting Rennes. Next time I'm in Rennes, I'll be back at Christian's.

Very clean accommodation and kitchen, easily accessible from the train station. The street was quiet, we slept well.

Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of centre of the old town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the space worked very well for us as two couples. We received comprehensive directions but it is still quite tricky to find the building so the navigator needs to stay alert. Luggage needs to be carried up two flights of stairs. Overall a very nice Airbnb experience and definitely recommended.

Very good location, I know Rennes, it's 2 steps from the Place des Lices, right in the center. Easy parking at the Lices parking lot. The setting is nice, the apartment is great.

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and quick: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

We stayed for a week at Daniel's place and we don't regret it. Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable sofa. Private parking space in front of the house. It was perfect.

Great hospitality from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. We mix the old and the modern in a relaxing and pleasant setting where the living is good.

We had a great time!! The space is beautifully decorated, every detail is thought to make the stay comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus, perfect for relaxing!! We had taken the breakfast option, and we don't regret it at all: everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Thank you for this beautiful "parenthesis" of relaxation

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house! Very well located, it offers all the services for a friendly stay (comfortable bedding even in the dormitory, several spaces for everyone to find their place, charming terrace with view, spacious garden and garage for ping pong games and other moments of games, etc.). The exchange with Géraldine went very well, the directions were clear and she was accommodating with the schedules. In short, a great place that I would recommend and remember for future cousins!

We had a very good night at Cécile's in Rennes. She is a very kind, calm and warm host. The environment is pleasant and peaceful. Even though we only stayed one night, we had the pleasure of chatting with her and sharing a dinner together, which made our short stay even more friendly. I would definitely recommend their place!

The house is very nice, with precise spaces for one person or a couple, everything is impeccable, and it is well located. Catherine is a sweetheart, very kind, willing to help and generous, a great person!

It was really cool. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the quality of the bed who was quite hard to sleep on. Otherwise, everything was nice 👍

Dinan is a beautiful place to stay there for a few days. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the historic old town in 3 minutes, where there are great shops and restaurants. The apartment is cleaned and very well equipped! However, it should perhaps be mentioned that this is obviously not a pure apartment, as there are also private belongings in the cabinets (including wardrobe,bathroom). It was no problem for us, though. Absolute plus: a parking space in the underground parking space! The contact with Régis was very kind and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the apartment! 😊👍
