Muy agradable. Hermoso lugar y realmente vale el precio. Queda cerca de una estación de transporte público. Llegamos tarde en la noche y fue muy fácil entrar. Nos la pasamos muy bien.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

Excellent séjour que j’ai pu passer avec ma petite amie je recommande fortement l’aibnb au top rien à dire , l’hôte très gentil et surtout réactifs quand on a besoins c’est important j’espère y retourner un jour 😊

Notre séjour chez Hamdi c’est très bien déroulé, le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos, tout était super propre (l’appartement, le linge, les meubles)… Les instructions sont claires, l’accès à l’appartement est simple, un parking est même mis à disposition pour nous. Mention spéciale à l’hôte Hamdi qui est très réactif, serviable, il se rend disponible et on sent qu’il fait ça avec plaisir. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement et cet hôte. Un grand merci à lui

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Le logement bénéficie d'un emplacement central pour accéder aux différents transports en commun, ce qui permet de se rendre très facilement à Paris. De plus, il est situé au sein d'un immeuble particulièrement calme et constitue une excellente opportunité pour un séjour cosy en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande vivement !

très bonne découverte, Kenza est une hôte bien accueillante très gentille et arrangeante je me suis sentie comme chez moi c’est bien propre bien ranger ça sent bon je vous recommande l’endroit est calme et très agréable. Je reviendrai ☺️

Loved staying here, very clean. The host was helpful and communicated throughout. The outside was a bit run down and the inside of the block but once we were in the apartment it was lovely smelled fresh and clean. Metro and other means of travel all nearby. Would definitely stay again. And will recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat klare und hilfreiche Anweisungen von sich aus gegeben. Klare Empfehlung und vielen Dank!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Paris. Wir waren wenig im Apartment weshalb die Größe kein Problem war. Es hatte die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Alles war sehr sauer und es Roch alles sehr sauber. Auch die Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr freundlich! Der Parkplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage, welche sehr eng ist. Wir hatten ein großes Auto, aber mit einen kleinen auto sollte es kein Problem sein dort zu parken. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
