Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

We were in Paris to visit the city and this was Airbnb was very good. It was clean, nice furnished and the communication with Alice was perfect. I would recommed it 👍🏻

Nile's place is clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Nile was helpful and responsive and offered excellent kitchen amenities. Grateful for his attentiveness!

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

Maybe the best Airbnb I've ever rented. You feel so good there! 5 stars for the unobstructed view and large bay windows.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The host was always easy to contact too and most notably pleasant and helpful. Very clean and quiet. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and got a good 3 nights sleep. Quiet neighbours Everything you need at your finger tips too. Tassimo coffee machine and lots of teas were left out. I would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Only bad thing was leaving but I had to go home 😄 Thank you for a pleasant 3 nights.

Phillipe's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. It's a short walk to the amazing Pere Lachaise Cemetery and there was a great boulangerie/bakery to grab some croissants from each morning (would recommend Artisan Boulangerie Pâtissier) and there were plenty of nice bars a short walk away but the place was nice and quiet, so the perfect mix. Phillipe was really communicative, gave clear check-in/out instructions and was attentive, making sure we arrived okay. He also let us leave a bit later. Would recommend

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

I would like to thank Margo and Mathieu very much for this beautiful apartment. We stayed there for a month without any problems. They always responded promptly to our messages and even left breakfast items. The place is quiet, with shopping malls, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. I really appreciate your kindness and I would highly recommend this house.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!
