This accommodation has a resolutely unique style, 30 m2 duplex, very well equipped (fridge, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board…) 3 beds (140 cm double bed + 1-seater sofa bed) ideal for couple with 1 child (6+ years old) or 3 friends. Very well located and well connected (near the Ourcq canal, between 2 metro stations on line 5, bus line 61, Velib station) and close to shops (Franprix, restaurants, bakery, etc.)

46 m 2 apartment. 160 cm bed in the bedroom, 140 cm sofa bed in the living room (very comfortable, bought in 2022) The apartment overlooks the back of the building, there is no noise except that of the birds. There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it's fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close (line 5 to 7 minutes). You can also reach Paris by bike by following the canal (20-minute ride on a beautiful bike path)

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, a shower and separate toilet. Perfect place for a couple but also suitable for solo or business travelers.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. Quiet house near Paris & CFPTS

Charming cottage refurbished in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 (10-min walk) and line 11 (15-min walk) and 8 min from the tram, you will be in the center of Paris in a few minutes (30 min). We are in the eastern suburbs, next to Paris.
