Located on the top floor of the Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, etc.) With a surface area of 18 m2, you will find a 160 x 200 bed, shower and sink, all renovated in 2024 with a refined and elegant decor. The room has a fridge and microwave.

A private parking space is available, in the secure courtyard. It is south-facing, very bright and sunny.

The house has been designed and equipped for a family vacation by the sea and to enjoy the entertainment offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
