Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Very relaxing, very quiet and peaceful place, comfortable accommodation, very good quality, everything was very clean and well thought out, neat decor, the kitchen was well equipped apart from a small leak coming from the coffee maker, we preferred not to use it, the sauna was very nice , the balneo was very nice but being in the cellar there was a smell of humidity. Stephane was very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay.

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river. Great pool. Very family friendly, our kids enjoyed all the house had to offer. Safe parking. Host was very helpful with check-in and checkout. Highly recommend. We hope to return in the near future!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

This apartment is possibly the loveliest of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The look and feel of the place is bold and elegant, with design furniture and art on the walls. It looks at least as good as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the top-quality sauna and the beautiful terrace under the Parisian sky. The area is quite charming and peaceful, while offering easy access to the metro and many restaurants. A good Carrefour grocery shop is two blocks away. Also the building courtyard is idyllic, with flowers and plants as well as neighbors’ cats roaming about.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

Many thanks to Olivier! His place was just as described and in a great neighborhood. Two doors one way fantastic boulangerie; two doors the other way amazing gelato; and several great restaurants in between. Easy walk to two metro stations to get almost anywhere we wanted to go. Merci beaucoup!

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again.

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Very nice family home, well furnished and in a good location. Beautiful walks from the house directly. The only thing missing was shutters in the bedrooms, especially in this season when it's daylight at 6 a.m. For the rest, we were won over.
