A place that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained how the different appliances in the house work. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll be back with the sun, I hope, next time.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and identical to the listing description. The garden is really ideal for quietly enjoying the outdoors. The bedding is very good. The big + of the accommodation is the location; everything is within walking distance, it's really great. The market and Les Halles are right next door. We had a great time at the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point to make great excursions! In the house we felt very comfortable right away, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

We were totally enchanted by this cute stone cottage. Hearing the birds singing was a delight. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lavender.

Very tastefully decorated studio that fully corresponds to the description. We had a great stay and were able to enjoy a nice time by the pool. Mélanie is an excellent, always friendly and accessible hostess. A special highlight is Mélanie's very friendly and cuddly dog ;-)

Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed linens and towels is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is a very attentive and warm host. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's available! We will do it again!

Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

TIP-TOP apartment from the point of view of location, cleanliness/hygiene, complete equipment and quality of sleeping. Note that the apartment is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible. Lise and Pascal are very friendly and communicative. A MUST in the area.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Isabelle was incredibly kind and helpful. She even offered me a ride to and from the train, showed me around, and made me feel completely welcome. The house is charming, peaceful, and has everything you need (seriously, six kinds of shampoo, so thoughtful!). It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just 20 minutes from a lovely walking trail. Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located place in the city center of Saint Malo. The apartment is charming, perfectly clean and very well-equipped — you immediately feel at home. The calm of the place, combined with the proximity to shops and restaurants, is a real plus. The apartement and the connecting garden are lovely. We enjoyed the stay very much. I also preferred this part of the city where the apartement is located compared to the city centre; it is greener, more peaceful and generally more colorful I think. It is really worth exploring. The view and the whole atmosphere were just really what we were looking for. I haven't evaluated it as a downside, the apartment is really great, but if you are frustrated by squeaky floorboards, then this is the only issue that you might find with this apartment. But this is a lovely old house, so these things happen :) The host was also really communicative and helpful. Thank you!
