The house is composed as follows: - ground floor: a living room with kitchen, bar and living room redone in 2024. - 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90 and a shower room with toilet - 2nd floor: a large, very bright bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 1 of 90 cm (balcony not accessible, spring 2026) Garden and private terrace!
