Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Relax, at this carefully renovated old farm boulangerie, surrounded by Normandie countryside. Visit the waterfalls at Mortain, Hill 314 and the petit chapel celebrating 80 years of liberation in 2024. Close to the Parc National, Domfront, Villedieu les poêles and Avranches Easy access to Mont Saint Michel, Jullouville and Granville all under one hour. "La Rivière" House

Nestled in the middle of the Normandy countryside, in a wooded, soothing and secluded environment, come and discover "La Rivière", our farmhouse completely renovated in 2022. Located near the Village of Reffuveille, in the middle of the fields, you can relax in our house and its 2000 m² of wooded garden. Ideally located to visit the Channel and its surroundings (Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Fougères, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles, Caen and Cabourg, Saint-Malo…).

3 Gite complex with heated Swimming Pool

The entire complex of 3 detached Gites in a beautiful, 2 acre, rural setting. 1x3 bed and 2x2 beds. All the Gites are well equipped, south facing and have independant gardens and countryside views. English and French TV and WiFi are available and all the kitchens have dishwashers and washing machines. We have a heated swimming pool (OPEN 2nd MAY UNTIL 30th SEPTEMBER). All beds are made up for your arrival but please note, we do NOT provide towels. Pets considered.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

In a green setting, backed by the owner's house, this accommodation overlooking the river is just for you, with independent access. A living room with sofa, desk, Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no kitchen but you have a dining area with everything you need to prepare a hot drink. One bedroom, shower room. Private parking, garden and park. Shops, many restaurants and cinema 800 m away. Access to the city center on foot via an alley. (Pets not allowed).

This country house is ideal for recharging your batteries with family and friends. On the ground floor, it is composed of a large living room with a wood stove, a kitchen, toilet, a bedroom with private bathroom and a laundry room and upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. It has a terrace, a fully fenced 3000 m2 lot and a petanque terrain to keep you entertained. July/August: we do not accept short stays: 5 nights minimum

Gîte la ch'tite valley

In the heart of Lower Normandy, the cottage La Ch'tite Vallée awaits you at the exit of the village. Close to shops: Juvigny-le-Tertre, Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouet, Avranches, Vire. Close to tourist centers: Mortain waterfalls, Voie Verte, Jullouville beach, museums, Châteaux, Mont Saint Michel. The house has its own entrance and an adjoining 50 m2 garden. You can meet the goats, ponies, chickens, cows and cats of the house.

We welcome you 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, in the heart of the Normandy countryside between Rennes and Caen. This 110 m2 house is an outbuilding of the Château de Vassy in the heart of an estate of more than 2 hectares of land. You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.
