A weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris!

1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this old stone house offers you comfort and an exceptional setting to spend an excellent weekend or more, with family or friends. Fully equipped to accommodate young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on an enclosed plot of 2500 m2 with trees and landscaped trees. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room of about 35m2 with a large fireplace, a desk with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large bright rooms completely renovated with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally on the top floor, under the attic, a room with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a room if necessary. For the reception of young children, the house is equipped with cribs, changing mat, baby bath and high chair. - High-speed WiFi Internet access in the whole house. - Cable TVs offering many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay & DVD player - HiFi Airplay channel to spread your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evenings. (We will ask a small participation for the wood). The house has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to the whole garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (lounger, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon arrival, each guest will have at their disposal a towels for the duration of the stay. - All sheets are provided. Upon arrival, the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the equipment (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, oven...). For your convenience, we can organize and provide breakfasts at extra cost. (Fruit juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please contact us with any wishes you may have. We will do our best to do them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you have no difficulty during your stay. We will remain reachable for all your questions. We will be able to offer walks, leisure, and tours in the area if you wish. The house not overlooked is in an old small village of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne Valley, next to the Château de Rouville. The road that leads to it is at an impasse, which ensures you perfect tranquility. From the house, you have a large number of walks or bike rides to enjoy the nature. The home is accessible by car in 1 hour from Paris. Very easy access via the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also possible to get there by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon via the RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to plan the transfer between the train station and the House (a 5-minute drive).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This Canadian cottage lost in the woods of the Fontainebleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to your roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the unfenced 3 ha wooded park that surrounds the cottage. Enjoy a 100 m2 house, fully renovated and comfortable. 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and its forest as well as its castle and 10 minutes from Buthiers and its recreation area and rocks, (by car). The house is located in the heart of the city on the main street (quite busy). Close to the RER D train station, downtown, shops and restaurants, which are a 5-minute walk away. Stone cottage near the forest

Former outbuilding of Château de Malesherbes who provided bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately the secret passage was blocked and became our cellar... We are located on a great hiking trail very close to the forest of Buthiers. You can rock in the hammock on the return of hikes, climbs, or bike rides... If you want to find yourself at 10, you can also book the other cottage " Le Repère des Crapahuteurs"
