The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside. We had a great time at Marie's place. The accommodation is well located, not far from Coutances and shops, but in a quiet and passable location. The land is fenced, perfect for our dogs who were able to enjoy it in peace. It has all the necessary equipment to spend a few vacation days.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this was the best ever. From the warmth of the welcome, the beautiful house and amazing gardens, the history, the graciousness of the building and the generosity of our hosts. It was impeccable. If you are visiting the Normandy beaches I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. A truly special place that will stay with you for weeks afterwards.

Beautiful new cottage. From April 2025. Everything you need is in it, including air conditioning, we had 30 degrees+ so we needed it. large garden. suitable for a few days.

Friendly and punctual host. Very nice apartment, great location in the city. Correct description in relation to the listing. Very quiet even though the apartment is next to a school, it has no impact on your sleep-in! small downside...low ceiling at the entrance (nothing objectionable). Mattress is actually very comfortable, appreciable after busy days.
