Perfect place to relax and disconnect from it all. House is exactly like the photos and truly is directly on relatively quiet beach. Neighborhood is quiet and a great place to recharge. The house is the second house on a private lot but private enough where you can relax. Kenza and team were excellent. Job well done and would happily stay here again and again.

We had a great time at Hajer's house. It's clean and peaceful. The proximity of the airport by car is a plus. Several shops are nearby. I recommend this host, available for every request. We would not hesitate to recommend it or to book again with Hajer.

The place is exactly what we were looking for! At the top of SidiBou, within reach of the beautiful white and blue alleys, close to the Café des Nattes and micro-businesses. Perfect for a few days to discover La Marsa, Carthage, Tunis and to find peace and quiet in the evening! The pass to allow the passage of the car is extremely practical! Thanks for a wonderful few days!

My family of four (2 adults + 2 teens) loved our 4 nights here. The space was charming — decorated with pieces from local artisans; and the location was the ideal — private, but just around the corner from cafes, art, and the gorgeous sights of Sidi Bou Said. The kitchen was stocked with spices and tea (sadly, no coffee) and there was a washer/dryer, which we appreciated since we were caught in a rain storm. Overall, we highly recommend!

We had a great time, everything was perfect, the accommodation as described and modern To welcome us we had a fruit basket so strawberries and the kids were delighted Close to shops and restaurants Most importantly, the beach next door.

I recommend to rent this villa in La Marsa Tunisia! Very nice villa and the location is perfect if you are going to Beaches around and if you are going to Sidi Bou Said which takes about 10 minutes by car or if you are going to Tunis, which is 20 minutes by car. I recommend this home to those who are several or smaller family , you feel at home and very clean, it was in the home and Mehdi and his Dad was very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out! If I come back to Tunisia, this is the villa I come and rent! Best place to stay I rented from AirBnb.

Hass and his property manager were easy to communicate with and met me to show me in person exactly where the apartment was. He also sent helpful recommendations for several neighborhoods. They were also quick to respond to check up on a minor plumbing issue. The apartment is near the top of Sidi Boulevard Said, and it is a little easier to get taxis a quick 2 min walk down to the Art Cafe (just past the bambalounis - get one)! Thank you for hosting us!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything one would need. It is ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood with the train station and ruins of Carthage just a short walk away. Very good and helpful communication with the host. When my friend was worried she would miss her flight, Chawki picked up her suitcase, and brought it to her after we had checked out. He refused compensation for this extra time showing how committed the hosts are to their guests! And yes the view, the terrace, and garden do not disappoint

Good place to visit and chill

Had a great time in Tunis and Hichem was very helpful and responsive. A fabulous experience.

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Bilel was very responsive in our exchanges and advised us on the apps to use (taxis, meal deliveries). The house is spacious, the pool is heated and pleasant and well planted. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a good location but requires the use of taxis to get to the sites to visit. Thanks again!

Really nice place. Home is so big and nice

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!

We hace been to another of her airbnb before. We love going to her places, but this one from all the places we have been is our favourite! It is much bigger than what it looks and it is really cozy. Her places are always clean, she is there if needed, we have everything to cook even spices, coffee, clean water. She thinks of everything! Highly recomended!
