We had a great time at this apartment, very close to the sea and shops. It is very pleasant to arrive in a place where everything is provided. In addition, we were very well received. I would recommend this place 100%!

Impeccable, well-arranged, bright, functional and quiet home The only downside for us was the stairs, which are noisy.

Very pleasant and quiet house with a matured garden. The house is spacious and allows everyone to find their account. We stayed there for a sporting event for 3 days and the location is perfect for visiting while being close to the sea. Communication with Claire is very nice and simple. She's worried about whether you've arrived safely. I would recommend this place which is very well equipped for optimal value for money.

Hello, Mont St Clair where we came in our childhood in the COTTAGE of our great-aunt **Villa Albertine** .. Germain's has the luxury of now, but it keeps its character. It is exactly as described in the brochure (clean and spacious). The view is superb, the calm is present... Its location is easy to access and a bus line 100 meters away takes us to the center of Sète in 10 minutes. We thank Nadia for hosting us and we plan to return. Laurette, Danielle, Marc, and Philippe.

Great stay in this house. The house is really superb and very functional. The pool is really a plus, as is the terrace under the olive tree, and the barbecue area The welcome of Christine and her husband was very warm and they were available quickly if needed. I would recommend it in a second.

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

We stayed in this apartment for a few days for a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was very happy with our choice! Numerous beds available and no one had to sleep in the living room as is often the case. Great for a group stay.

Very nice accommodation, it feels like home. New and modern neighborhood. Close-by tram, shops and restaurants. We chose it because it's close to Sud de France train station and Sud de France Arena. But the center is also easily accessible and quickly by tram. We had a small problem on arrival but Sanda was very responsive, a host we can count on, thank you :)
