The garage is really a plus when you know that at LGM all parking is paid. The bedding is good, the bathroom is great, the kitchen is super well-equipped. We'll definitely be back! we had a very pleasant stay. the studio is a small cocoon of happiness in the middle of a very quiet residence. everything is done to ensure a great stay. Frédéric is very responsive to requests and advice. Perfect stay. We'll be back for sure.

we had a lovely stay. the accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach, 5 min walk. Family-friendly accommodation, it had everything you need, reading for our 7-year-old son, a high chair and a bed gate for our 2.5-year-old daughter. There are also a few shops within a 5-minute walk. Frédéric and his wife are very welcoming.

The apartment is very clean and well renovated. The living room is spacious enough for a studio (compared to some chicken coops I've known in LGM). The location is great, 2 steps from the Couchant beach, restaurants and shops. The host is very friendly and responsive to messages. Highly recommend this apartment.

I would like to thank Julia for hosting us and for her availability. The instructions were very clear and her apartment is beautiful. The terrace is superb for having breakfast in the sun and an aperitif in peace. The bedding is quality as well as the furniture. The residence is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and the pool is nice. In short, our stay, although too short, was very successful. I would gladly rent this place again and recommend it.

Beautiful apartment for a short stay. Very nice and in a great location. Possibility of doing everything on foot: beach, shops, etc. the neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. I would highly recommend this small apartment with a good value for the money. The only downside: the smell is a little annoying when you go in, certainly from the air conditioning. The apartment with sea view is a 3-minute walk to the beach. We can't find anything better. In terms of cleanliness, it was impeccable and everything was tidy. The apartment has everything you need, is modern and tastefully decorated. The large garage is a plus, which allowed us to park our car in a cool and safe place There's plenty of room to park bikes. Short 3-night stay in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well-equipped and very well-located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the seaside, which only aimed to spend a few days away from home and go shell picking.

We were 11 girls and loved staying in his beautiful villa: clean, spacious, very well-equipped, in a quiet and green setting, while being close to shops. Charlotte was available, pleasant and professional. Her hospitality contributed greatly to the success of our stay. We recommend this villa without hesitation!

Very good stay in this apartment, ideally located close to the sea, well-equipped and comfortable. We were able to check in earlier and be greeted in advance as the cleaning was done. Leaving one or two trash bags would have been nice to make the stay easier. Fortunately, there are containers everywhere to leave the waste.

Great location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and waterfront almost at the foot of the building. Easy check-in and check-out independently in the accommodation, in all respects identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. We had a great time staying with Nico and Lydia. Check-in is in person, communication was easy and good. The apartment is as shown in the picture, very cozily furnished, there is a holiday feeling directly. We traveled as a family with two small children and enjoyed the location right on the beach and the parking lot in front of the door. But the property is also very suitable for excursions in the area. We found the sofa bed a little too small for the 4 of us, it is suitable for sitting max. for 2 people during the day and at night for sleeping more for small people...

We had a great time at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the sea.

Ideal 4-person stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residence. The parking space is a real plus, especially with paid parking at La Grande Motte. Access to the beach is direct and secure. No road crossing: ideal with children. Communication was clear and prompt. The apartment is well equipped and the children even had creative activities available. Perfect.
