Awesome place to stay in the autumn season 🍂 typical house of the Loire et Cher region, picturesque architecture from hundred years and stylish decoration made by Savina. We stayed only 2 nights but could have easily been more. Savina is a top-host! Making you at ease in her house and providing local tips on the region’s wonders to discover all around her residence! If you stay there, say hi to Hercule the dog in a cat body!!

Beautiful place to visit the Castles of the Loire Castles where you can simply relax. The accommodation is ideal, it is absolute calm. In addition to the beautiful castles visited, we loved the little walk in the vineyards around the accommodation (we even did it every night). A place and a cottage to recommend without hesitation. Nathalie is very welcoming and responsive. Helpful and strong proposal on possible activities in the area. The accommodation "Catherine de Médicis" is very pleasant and well arranged for a family, with books and children's games. You can also request the table d 'hôte service for dinner (check directly with Nathalie) My family and I had a pleasant stay I recommend it without hesitating

We arrived late and a bit tired, Pierrette met us at the front door and we were shown to our room. The bedroom and facilities were lovely, comfy and clean, we slept like logs. The grounds were extensive, a lake too, breakfast was great, with bread, croissant, all fresh. Merci Pierrette

Accommodation and area matches the photos. Very welcoming and attentive host. Recommended nice places in the area and also restaurants with a very exotic setting. Very good breakfast. I highly recommend Stephanie's place, for people passing through Beauval or the Loire Valley castles and who want to rest for one or a few nights. P.S.: little extra for the pool, pingpong table, pétanque, badminton net

Chantal’s place is totally magical. In the heart of nature. We identified 25 different types of birds, some rare. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and really restorative. Chantal is extremely warm welcoming and friendly, and really went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast really stoked us up! I have to avoid gluten and Chantal cooked a special breakfast for me. A very special place. Highly recommended!

A truly charming house carefully redone by Émilie and Angélique. The decor is really very neat and the breakfast is more than complete with quality products. Everything is within walking distance and the beautiful garden is inviting. Special mention for the very interesting visit to the cellars and the scientific illustrations and tattoos exhibition. Finally, the hosts are incredibly kind.

It was lovely to stay with Olga and Olivier! I came with my partner - as his birthday gift, to stay and visit chateau Cheverney and the Tintin museum. An inspirational old manor house that has been restored to its former glory. Good pool, fun pétanque area that we used for a couple of games. The suite we stayed in is luxurious. The bed was made up with luciously. So we slept like babies. Olivier is very friendly, fun to talk to and organised a caviar tasting for us (paid) with a nice Chablis. Also recommended great brocantes, as we like visiting second hand and antique shops! The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had at an airbnb/hotel. Lots of fresh croissants and viennoiseries, home made treats, fruits and juice and of course french cheeses. Adorable poodle also included in the package deal. Overall, very much worth the cost if you want to splurge a little and stay somewhere fancy! One tip: there are several rue/routes de Vierzon. Navigate to Manoir La Salle du Roc if you use maps

Angie is the best hostess. We really felt at home during our stay. Also, the recommendations provided for restaurants and the chateaus are on spot. Great experience.

Franck and Christine were excellent hosts. They provided a great local dinner recommendation and a delicious and hearty breakfast. They were friendly, great to chat with over breakfast, and responsive to our calls. When we left something at the Airbnb, they called us right away before we got too far. The space is perfect to host 3 people: two single beds in one room, a double bed in the next room, and a little sitting room with chairs for 2 people. Lots of local recommendations and charm. Super close to Chateau de Chambord, only 12 minute drive for us. We would absolutely like to see them and stay in their beautiful home again!

Some encounters leave a lasting impression. Gaëlle, Laurent, their son Gaspard (as well as their two dogs🐶) will undeniably be among them. Their warm welcome, kindness and benevolence touched us deeply. In addition, the accommodation was clean, the environment peaceful, and the meal (with homemade or local products) simply delicious. Thanks to Geneviève , Gustave and the company for this stay of exceptional quality. A paradise for children ( so in fact , parents ) with a playroom in case of rain , an outside with games when there is sun , and plenty of animals to discover . Breakfast has become our favorite meal, with the waffles and homemade jam that we regretted as soon as we returned from Genevieve! Our host , discreet , kind and funny , was able to put us at ease , it felt like home , but better! Don't go your way especially , a little timeless stop that feels good to your body and mind:)

What a pleasure our stay at this wonderful accommodation! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the house, as splendid outside as inside. Everything was impeccable, tastefully and elegantly decorated. The room was perfect: spacious, bright, and the bathroom was large and functional. As for our hosts, what can we say but that they were absolutely charming, taking care of us, in short "gems". Remy's warm welcome immediately put us at ease, he exudes a very appreciable aura of sympathy. Breakfast was hearty, neat and nicely presented. In short, we recommend this accommodation without a second thought, everything was perfect. We'll be happy to go back.
