Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The Île de Batz sailor's shelter

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. House renovated in a Cyclades spirit like a bright cocoon. Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

Luxury contemporary house located in a popular area 50 m from the sea and white sand beach, accessible pool heated to 27/28°C from April 15 to September 30 (11x4), barbecue, sound system and Bose TV Pool and living room facing south Sea view from all the rooms Mandatory cleaning fee of 150 euro to be paid on-site on check-in day. Parties with owner's consent. During the summer period (July and August) rentals are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Moulin de Kermorin (private spa accommodation)

Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

Bread Oven Barn

Cozy atmosphere for this barn completely renovated in 2019. Located in an old farmhouse from the early 19th century, it combines both modern and old (bread oven, stone wall...). It has a lockable room for bikes, a green meadow for horses and private car parking. Close to the hiking trails and 800 meters from the city center (all shops) and the mythical Huelgoat Forest and all in the heart of the Monts d 'Arrée.

Charming cottage, feet in the water
