The "427" is a new independent gîte (4*) with private spa and upscale amenities: house designed for 2, large plot with terrace and panoramic views of the Bauges. It is located in Faverges-Seythenex, close to the center, 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and close to the ski resorts (Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Espace Diamant...). It offers Wi-Fi, modern comfort and neat decor. Ideal for relaxing, cycling, paragliding, canyoning and golf (nearby). Perfect for nature and sports getaways.

!Forest house of Mont Veyrier!

The house is located in the heart of the woods in the forest of Mont Veyrier, 3 km from the lake and Annecy. It is our main home. July August booking only possible from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bed 140 and 3 beds 90 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed, open from June to September and replaced by a mezzanine with 2 single mattresses upstairs. Linens and towels are not provided. Check-in: 4:30 p.m. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.

Stay in the countryside in a private, unpretentious 50 m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located close to Lake Bourget. Here there is no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games. Our cottage DOES NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Rent a 3-seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation. Introduction to caving (for a fee). No electric charging.

Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Lake Annecy - Sevrier: Located 3 minutes from the historic center and the old town of Annecy, this typical Annecy house by the lake can accommodate 4 people. The house is located in a hamlet of historic houses, very quiet. House completely renovated. Comfortable.
