Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Former winegrower's house

in a small renovated house, come and relax in a hamlet on the heights of the village (15 min walk from the shops, a little elevation change to be expected) and at the foot of many hiking trails, you can rest on the private terrace overlooking the mountains or by the fireplace. In summer, you can enjoy water activities at Lac de Carouge, a 5-minute drive away (paddle boarding, beach). If you need meals, please don't hesitate to reach out. Towels are not provided.
