Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Château-d'Oléron

Sophie's place is great for spending a few peaceful days. It is located just before the island of Oléron which is quite convenient for walking. The place is very charming!

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

His accommodation perfectly reflects this attention to detail: ideally located to discover the region, it offers a peaceful setting, perfectly isolated, tastefully decorated and carefully equipped. Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming touch. We had a great time at Escale J&J. The accommodation was warm and cozy. It was perfectly as described, very clean and very well-equipped with a nice enclosed outdoor space. We didn't get a chance to meet the owners but the relationships were very cordial. We recommend this listing and will probably come back.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

This house is in a very good location, close to the viaduct, in a quiet area. The entrance is through the kitchen and there is on the ground floor the living room, toilet and bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a toilet, then at the end of the hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, and finally a shower room. Pile what suited our needs. Amélie is an attentive, responsive and attentive host, it was a great pleasure to connect with her. Its decoration is charming, it was able to infuse character and island charm. Thank you Amélie!

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their beautiful terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Their tips for visiting the area were very helpful. Thank you both for the little treats too. We highly recommend it.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. Small but very functional kitchen with all utensils, nothing missing.
