Family-friendly vacation rentals in Le Chambon-sur-Lignon

We had a lovely stay in this charming cottage. This house is particularly warm, well appointed and well equipped. The relaxation area keeps its promises with the Nordic bath under the pine trees and the sauna also in a fuste. Ghislaine and Bernard are welcoming, available and very nice. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

Very nice moment in this bucolic corner of the Ardèche, tastefully decorated house, very comfortable with a 180° view of the Vercors and the Alps. Hiking and various activities nearby at the end of which we were able to bubble in the jaccuzi... We also recommend going to eat at the Angel Gourmand, a restaurant run by our hosts 50 m from the house.

We had a great time at Anthony's place. Chalet offering multiple services (sauna, jacuzzi, good bedding, barbecue, ping pong, foosball, private lake, pizza oven/super sofa bread...) allowing everyone to find their own account and brighten each evening. The place is peaceful and the lake is very cute. Thanks for the croissants on Sunday mornings, local jams and juices. Recommended 😊

We had a great time at Nicole and Terry's who welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped, the decoration of the house is very good taste, there are several terraces available as well as a very large swimming pool which was to the taste of the whole family. Recommended!

The castle district is a great discovery. The environment, cottages and services lead to relaxation. To top it all off, our host Pissamaï is welcoming, available and caring (in addition to his talents as a cook and masseuse). I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in the Ardèche with our family. We had booked the cottage for 6 people and Magali upgraded us in the "Moroccan" cottage of 8 people, and we liked the extra room. In this summer period with temperatures on average at 30° we greatly appreciated the swimming pool, but also the cool hot tub at the end of the evening. The cottage is located in the quiet countryside and Magali is a kind and responsive host.

Listing matches photos. Christine had left me something for breakfast the day after I arrived. She and her husband are friendly, available and offer good advice.

We had a great week at Angélique and Vincent's. They are very welcoming and responsive if there are any issues and provide valuable advice if necessary. Very pleasant stay; very good location, great host; the only small downside is the fridge that does not have a freezer: so no possibility of storing ice and cooling the ice packs for our cooler; otherwise everything was perfect

Perfect for a relaxing moment, disconnected from the world, in the middle of nature! Here the goal (achieved!) was to spend time with family and combine hiking with board games. We recharged our batteries while discovering the surroundings: medieval village of Chalencon, lava flow of Bourianne, small tour to Retournac, mountain bike ride to the Devil's Bridge, etc. Marie and Laurent are great hosts! They give plenty of advice on hikes in the surroundings, suggest restaurants, and suggest places to discover. They are available, adorable and super responsive. Their cottage is perfectly equipped. The terrace is ideal for a little rest. Deckchairs and wooden table with a great view of the horizon. Breakfast in the sun and afternoon rest in the shade... what more could you ask for?? Oh yes, a bonus for the children's happiness: animals walking around the cottage! In short, no more suspense... we recommend it!!!!!!

My family loves this house full of character and history, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes. It offers many toys and activities for young and old, a well-equipped kitchen and hot showers. This is a great place for my family, including our two young children. Frédéric was a perfect host, always friendly, informative and always ready to welcome us with pleasure. 🤗 thank you!

In a beautiful and neat setting, with breathtaking views, we received an excellent welcome from our hosts with whom we had interesting exchanges about the region and its activities. The accommodation, cozy and very comfortable, was very well-equipped, very clean and quiet. Daniel very kindly made his garage available to us to store our bikes. We liked the ideal location to radiate on the dolce via.

ideal accommodation to disconnect with an atypical setting (equipment for children, swimming pool, chicken coops, pony enclosure, 7 cats not at all fierce and a nice little dog, simple and optimized house). Fleur and Jean Marc are very welcoming and warm hosts who have this rare relational intelligence of knowing how to respect privacy while being proactive at the right time. We recommend it for families looking for freshness, greening in an ultra-original place.

Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect. A wonderful setting in the Ardèche countryside, very welcoming and friendly hosts who take great care of their guests. We were able to taste the good homemade dishes of Jean-Luc and Isabelle. The breakfasts are generous, a moment of discussion to start the day well.🥰 We highly recommend it to people who love calm, nature, real people.
