Family house of 140 m2 composed of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including a bathtub). We live there with our 3 children; so it is very well equipped (children's games, high chairs). Ideally located, close to many shops and Parc Bordelais. Tram D is 100 m away (direct to Gare Saint Jean, Quinconces). The house is perfect for family gatherings: Open kitchen, beautiful living room overlooking a large unoverlooked terrace guaranteeing your privacy.
