Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Close to the lake, nice swimming areas, forest and land, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and other adventurous attractions as well as Romme Alpin. Popular fishing lake with several places where you can dock a boat. Child-friendly area with playground and shallow sandy beaches. The cottage is located about 100 meters from the water with lake views.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Bedroom 2 offers one wide bed as well as an additional pull-out bed. There are two guest beds that you can place anywhere you want in the house. Close to fishing, hiking, and swimming, or just sit on the cozy terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet. 25 minutes to Romme Alpin, 45 minutes to Säfsen. Please bring own linen and towels. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.
