Beachfront vacation rentals in Lavallette

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

We loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

Michaels place was everything I could have hoped for! The location was great and super close to the beach and boardwalk. I was surprised to find the condo was stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. Having a stocked kitchen made traveling with my daughter so much easier. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I hope to bring my family back again next year!

Had an awesome stay! The place was super clean and right on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Paul was very responsive when we had any questions, and we loved all the little touches in the apartment that gave it that coastal luxury vibe. We will definitely be back!

The location of this air bnb was prime as you can walk practically anywhere on the boardwalk and it is easy to navigate. The room provided 4 beach passes which was a nice bonus as it eliminated an extra cost. All the guests were interacted with at the complex were friendly and helpful. Place had enough towels and other essentials to get through the weekend.

A 5-star experience, hands down! The home and location were beautiful, and perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. We appreciated all of the amenities - you included everything a guest would need for a perfect stay! The property is well-maintained and the beach access is a dream come true. Hidden gem at the Jersey shore! The house is very spacious with all amenities needed to make you feel like home. Just steps from the beach is priceless anytime of the day. Waking up to the incredible sunrise each day made the stay that more special and memorable.

My family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Would stay here again!

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

This was a great find for our family. The location, house and owners were absolutely wonderful! It was our first family vacation with our son and it was so great for all of us. He had so much space to crawl around and we were able to relax. The house was impeccably clean and the perfect size. The backyard and the amenities were the best. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was. It was close enough to the boardwalk to walk but far enough from the “craziness” that sometimes attracts the young crowds. It was very family friendly which is just what we were looking for. It’s nestled between a 7 eleven and a bagel place which was an amazing bonus just a block or so away. We would definitely recommend staying at Juliann’s place if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, family friendly place. Juliann and her family were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to staying there again next year!

Had a great stay at Paul’s place. Had plenty of space for my group. Was a great location and walking distance to the boardwalk. Paul was very kind and responsive.

Karen was wonderful from start to finish and the house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor space was terrific and the interior spaces more open and larger than we expected! My girls loved the outdoor shower and we all thought the beds were comfortable! She had bikes for us to use which was awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with nice suggestions and very reachable. A great experience from start to finish!

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

loved my stay in the cottage. steps from. the beach, quiet side street, and located near many places to eat, drink, and explore. the host was extremely helpful and responsive. cottage had pretty much everything you could need or want in a beach house. the beach was lovely. looking forward to returning again.

Jillian's cottage was a perfect refuge for our Thanksgiving visit. Logistics were seamless, and Jillian was responsive to any of our questions. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

The house was beautiful and cozy! It was clean and well maintained and in a beautiful area! I really appreciated Michael’s honesty and integrity by reducing the price when our dates changed and we were no longer going on Memorial Day weekend. I wouldn’t have known, but it makes sense, that the cost was higher during that holiday weekend. When we changed the dates, we were notified that we would be getting a refund and that the price had changed.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Great place! Needed a baby gate it arrived within the hour. Very helpful! Fun family time!
