You'll love the stylish decor of this charming accommodation. Your bedroom is on the second floor, with a private bathroom. A space to prepare your meals is reserved for tenants . We can also offer you your lunches or dinners for €14/pers(aperitif at the coffee and a glass of wine) and breakfasts €6/pers. In summer you have a table, sunbeds in the garden and swimming pool (schedules) possibility 1 or 2 bedrooms at €19/and €15 each

The house consists of a stove living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and mezzanine bedroom with double bed (160), single bed, crib. Breakfast is included in the rate. Garden and BBQ access. Good 4g connection if needed. Possibility of dinner /catering tray/ brunch /pic nic basket... to be booked directly according to availability.

In the extension of our old renovated farmhouse, you will access your room through a separate entrance. You are in town while enjoying a corner of the countryside. Free parking nearby. 10 minutes from the city center by car, 5 minutes from a bus stop. Food shops, bakery 5 minutes away.

Independent room in attic

Attic room, with independent bathroom. It's only ONE BEDROOM. Equipment: microwave, kettle, SENSEO coffee maker, fridge, dishes. This is a bedroom, not a studio (clarification given because of people who are surprised that it is not a studio). You can have breakfast and reheat dishes. There will be no one other than you in this room. There is no shared space.

Very spacious room completely redecorated by its owner. You will find a central bed of 140x190, a large desk on the right with a large velux overlooking the garden and the green valley. A lounge area with an armchair and a kettle to enjoy tea or coffee. Not to mention a dressing room, an entrance, a library and a large private bathroom.

You'll love the stylish decor of this charming accommodation. The house is an hour from Rennes Angers where Le Mans. An hour and a half from the Châteaux de la Loire, Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. From the house you can walk to Old Laval or take a walk on the towpath. I also make bicycles available
