A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

This old sheep farm has been qualitatively converted into a unique holiday accommodation in the middle of the magnificent nature and mountains. Here you consciously choose to live ‘slower’ to the rhythm of nature and with respect for the environment. Away from the ‘inhabited’ world, disconnected from our hectic lives.... Breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence and peacefulness. Endless hiking and cycling in the mountains, everything is there to clear your head and get your body healthily tired!

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Welcome to our small house 5 minutes from Die with a beautiful view of the Diois and the Drôme Valley, at the foot of the Vercors, with independent access and a south-facing terrace. Here, you can enjoy the charm of Diois, the river and the nearby mountains. Depending on the season, hiking, climbing, mountain biking or swimming and relaxing in front of beautiful landscapes are available to you. Access to the river is a few minutes by car or bike.

Opening onto a beautiful garden, fields and mountains of Diois, this small home is located in a local traditional house where the host lives. It offers a charming living room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.

Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

We will be happy to welcome you to a village house on 2 levels (1st, 2nd), combining modern comfort and the charm of antique objects. Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.

Located on the ground floor, this accommodation is perfect for a quiet stay. Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with unobstructed views of Die and its mountains! We will be happy to meet you and advise you on the various activities in the area (swimming, hiking from our home... etc.).

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
