"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

Der Erbauer dieses Hauses, Ludwig Jacob, zog wie viele Mackenbacher in die Welt, um mit seiner Musik den Unterhalt für seine Familie zu verdienen. 1906 konnte er dieses Haus im Stil der hier üblichen " Musikantenhäuser " erbauen. 2014 haben wir in einer Etage die Ferienwohnung eingerichtet und freuen uns immer wieder Gäste aus aller Welt zu begrüßen.
