The apartment is in the middle of the beautiful old town of Scalea, but is still totally quiet. You can get to the beach quickly and there are some good places nearby. The decor is cozy and tasteful, we felt immediately comfortable! In the kitchen there is everything you need. Lorenzo is a wonderful host, he welcomed us warmly and even brought a blanket for our dog so she could sleep on the sofa, what more could you ask for;)) We hope to come back soon!

Emilia's house is just 4 km from the sea of Marina di Camerota, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove of the Cilento hillside, along the road that leads to the village of Lentiscosa. The apartment, with patio and garden, on the ground floor of a family villa, is spacious and pleasantly furnished and equipped with all the comforts. The outdoor space pertaining to the apartment is an oasis of peace and tranquility that our dog Paco also really appreciated, for the possibility of being free. Mrs. Emilia's hospitality, thoughtful but discreet, has allowed us to spend 15 days of enchanting sea and pleasant relaxation.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Marzio, Antonietta and Maria, we’ll come back for sure.

We wanted to experience Scario/San Giovanni a Piro during winter since we are considering buying a home in the area. Filomena's place made an ideal base for exploration. Although it was chilly outside (and sometimes stormy), the pellet stove kept the apartment comfortably warm. The view over the Gulf of Policastro was gorgeous whether in the sun, fog, or rain. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most meals there, partly because many local restaurants are closed in the off season. But there's a good year-round grocery store in Scario and a reliable restaurant nearby in Bosco. There are also numerous hiking trails that start within a few minutes' drive. Although we didn't meet Filomena in person, she was always quick to respond to our messages. On the day we checked in, her husband met us in Scario and led us by car to the house, which is set away from the main roads (and thus quite private and peaceful). We appreciate their kind hospitality and highly recommend their home.

Castelmezzano is a hidden gem and perfect in April before the crowds and heat come, although it would have been interesting to try the zip line which doesn’t start till May-June. It is a very hilly town with lots of steps, but incredibly beautiful and awe inspiring, and we enjoyed hikes including to Pietrapertosa. Luigi’s apartment is fantastic, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Maria provided us clear instructions how to get there and where we could park. We are getting used to different opening hours in Italy than what we are used to in Australia, and had fantastic food. Luigi and Maria are great hosts, responsive, provided local recommendations and were very helpful. Highly recommend their home.

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

At the end of March, this is a place for people who love absolute peace and seclusion. The terrace has a beautiful view over the bay and when you fall asleep you can hear the sound of the sea. The space was small, functional and very well maintained. In terms of space as well as seating and sleeping arrangements, we imagine the apartment for longer stays for three people as too small.

Everything excellent from the location to the cleanliness of the same. Everything in the right place… Antonio and his father are very diligent and at the same time friendly people. I'll be back.
