Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

The absolute highlight is the big terrace with panoramic views over the whole of Bad Ems. The apartment is located directly on the Lahn Valley, about 20 minutes from the Rhine and Moselle Valleys, as well as the city of Koblenz with its beautiful old town and several sights. The Emser Therme spa, many hiking trails and other highlights are located right in Bad Ems.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.

A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

In the cold season, underfloor heating and oak floorboards ensure comfort. Your bathroom is directly connected to the living room. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

Sowohl über das Wohnzimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer können Sie auf die große Terrasse. Machen Sie es sich hier gemütlich und genießen den Ausblick. Die Küche ist neu und bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie brauchen. Kaffee steht unbegrenzt zur Verfügung.

The oasis of peace in the middle of the forest... just relax. There are 200 m2 of suite-like rooms over 2 floors with loggia at their disposal. There is ample space for 4 people. A pull-out couch provides extra space. Dog kennels are available. Your dogs are also welcome to enter the apartment. There are several dogs on the premises, if they arrive with a dog, arrangements for gas guests are necessary.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
