Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
