Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Our house has two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Many beautiful cycle paths along the Danube or the Zusam. The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. By arrangement, up to 3 people can stay at the apartment. Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
