we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for our family. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard, enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would 100% recommend.

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

We were looking for a place that felt just like home and Victoria’s Den was just that. Samantha was spot on with her information and very responsive. We enjoy our time there. Whenever we are in florida, you know where we will be staying ☺️. We enjoyed our time there.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

We will rent it again next year…as soon as I know the dates !!!!

Beautiful condo on the intracoastal with awesome views. Very clean one bedroom unit that was well stocked. The grounds were nicely maintained. Pool very clean. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Brian was an amazing host and we would definitely stay again.

Ginger and Louise were great hosts. We loved the location. Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, pool was nice after a beach day. We had everything we needed for the perfect escape from the cold weather up north. Thanks so much for a nice get away. I highly recommend this place to stay for a week or longer. This is a fantastic place to stay! Spacious enough for 2 people, very homely and a lovely communal area around the condo's. The pool & BBQ area are relaxing and inviting and the premises are pristine and maintained very well. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away and the beach gear provided is a great bonus! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but there is enough to do and see in the area. Karen is easy to communicate with, always friendly and responded quickly. Don't hesitate to pick Karen's place for a lovely vacation. We would definitely return!
