Super séjour chez Christopher ! Le logement était très propre et bien décoré, avec de petites attentions très appréciables. En plus, il est situé à proximité du centre et juste en face d’un parc, c’est très agréable. Je recommande et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Spacious apartment, well located, very comfortable, great amenities, responsive helpful host. Only issue was the slippery slimy floor tiles in the shower. Overlooked perhaps because if you wiped over them with gloves you wouldn’t feel the slime and you can’t see it when they’re dry ( black color). Informed the host on our departure so I’m sure they’ve had a good scrub since. For other travellers - a few dishes in the cupboard were not that clean and a couple of bowls had a few mls of water in them. Cleaners cannot be expected to check every dish in the cupboard. Otherwise great apartment, would stay again.

Мне очень понравилась квартира! Все удобства и всё что надо для проживания есть! Никаких лишних вещей! На столах стояли живые цветы - это круто! Тихое место, вид из окна великолепный! Парковка, огороженная территория. Хозяева веселые, дружелюбные и общительные! Отличная ванная, а это очень важно для меня! Ничего не пришлось докупать по хозяйству, всё было. Вернусь обязательно!

Perfect place to stay for any kind of trip. You feel like home. Super clean and well furnished apartment, very modern. Amazing terrace! Very quiet area. Many restaurants nearby. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Maxim&Maria are super hosts. Always available to help. Next time I will definitely book their place again.

Es izīrēju šo dzīvokli uz divām dienām un biju ļoti apmierināts ar savu pieredzi. Dzīvoklis ir moderni iekārtots, ar plašu un gaišu interjeru, kas uzreiz radīja mājīgu atmosfēru. Viss bija tīrs un kārtīgs, kā arī lieliski aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo – sākot no virtuves tehnikas līdz pat nelielām detaļām, piemēram, tējkanna un vannas piederumi. Ērta gulta nodrošināja labu naktsmiegu, un dzīvoklis atrodas klusā rajonā, kas ļāva izbaudīt mieru. Vieta ir lieliski sasniedzama, un apkārt ir dažādi veikali. Noteikti izvēlētos šo vietu arī nākamreiz!

Great place and good location. Very accomodating and very peaceful. If you are looking for private, clean and functional this is your place. I would highly reccomend staying here.

Great stay at Girt’s. Comfortable beds and pillows, cooling in lounge room and bedroom, and curtains meant we slept well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom very clean. Modern fit out, great TV, good wifi. Girts and Aiga went out of their way with local recommendations and very friendly and responsive.

It was an amazing place to celebrate Christmas. The house is really big and spacious, it was cozy and warm. They even put a decorations, lights and Christmas tree, that was very thoughtful, we were surprised. The kitchen had all we need for 6 people. The surroundings are amazing, the forest arround and the fresh air and tranquility. Everything was amazing. Would like to come back on different time of the year 😊

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The design of the house is thought through to the smallest detail, and the vast territory was perfect for our dog. The barbecue and fire pit added coziness to our evenings. Despite the presence of one neighboring house, we barely noticed the other guests. The host, Mareks, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. All in all, this is a wonderful place to relax, which we highly recommend.

Vieta ir aplinka tobula, vaizdas pro langus pasakiškas, namelis labai tvarkingas, modernus, buvo viskas, ko reikia. Labai nustebino gražiai paserviruotas stalas, paliktos šlepetės. Šeimininkas draugiškas ir sukalbamas. Rekomenduoju 10/10!

The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated seven guests, featuring four large beds and a fold-out couch. Even with open windows, the apartment remained remarkably quiet. Its convenient location offered nearby shopping and easy access to the city center via car or public transportation.

Das sehr gepflegte, neuwertige, geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtete Ferienhaus für 6 bis 8 Personen befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sofort in das Haus verliebt und sehr wohl darin gefügt. Die mit Solarenergie und Wärmepumpe betriebene Fussbodenheizung verbreitet eine angenehme Wärme. Um die gesamte Anlage mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Grillplatz und Spielplatz zu nutzen, war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz. Anstatt ein Wochenende bleibt man besser gleich eine ganze Woche, wenn man einen ruhigen Rückzugsort in der Natur, im Wald und am Meer sucht. Der Strand liegt ganz in der Nähe und der nächste Ort "Kolka" mit Supermarkt und Restaurants ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr zum Wandern am Strand oder im Wal empfiehlt sich die Gegend um das "Kap Kolka". Kaspers, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell. Wir können das Anwesen sehr weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Квартира в удобном месте, не далеко от центра, рядом есть небольшие магазины. Очень удобное расположение комнат, что подходит для отдыха с детьми. Очень хорошая изоляция. Рядом находится небольшой парк для деток и большой для прогулок. Инструкция по заселению, короткая, очень четкая, пошаговая, что разберется даже ребенок.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we've had in a long time. Zane’s flat has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s newly refurbished, and everything works perfectly. I’ve never seen such a well-equipped kitchen! The gated community is absolutely beautiful, and everything is within walking distance. Parking was included, which was a great bonus since it can be hard to find a spot in this area during peak season. Zane always responded within minutes and was readily available. She’s a fantastic host, and I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Jūrmala.

It's a stylish place and easy to park and use a tram. Found a wonderful restaurant and the Anatomy Museum near. Super comfortable bed! We had an electric car so valued that we were able to change it in the yard.

This place worked out perfectly for our family of 4 in Riga. The apartment is very clean, has comfortable beds, and a large bathroom with a good shower. The building is very nice and has an elevator. The location, while maybe a 15 minute walk from Old Town, is great in its own right, surrounded by beautiful art nouveau buildings, parks, and a university. The on-site parking space is easy to access and super-convenient. Best of all, Martin is an outstanding host. We very much appreciated all of the information he sent ahead of time to make the check-in process easy, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to see in the area. I strongly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Riga!

Det ända problem är folk som festar till sent på kvällen på gatan, men om du sover på sovrummet stor inte. Annars, är allt perfekt, rent, fint, bekvämt 😍

I rented this apartment for two and a half months with two friends for a study trip. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly: the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We lacked nothing, whether in terms of kitchen utensils, bed linen or other essentials. During our stay, we encountered a few minor problems, such as a broken dishwasher and a small water leak. However, the owner was extremely responsive and professional. He quickly resolved the water leak and provided us with a replacement dishwasher while we waited for the first one to be repaired. We are very happy with this apartment.
