Tent vacation rentals in Latin America

Danville was an amazing experience. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was the perfect getaway and the family is very welcoming. We stayed in the yurt, which was very well designed and clean. We had the opportunity to play with goats, donkeys, chickens and an alpaca all day, and we were lucky enough to be there for a concert at Woodstock! If you love the great outdoors, farm animals, peace and quiet, and making friends, Danville is the place to go!!! We will be back!

What makes this experience special is 1) the hosts, who make you feel like family and look after you as such, 2) the raw nature of the area adjacent to Paracas National Reserve, 3) the truly basic accommodations of sleeping on air mattresses in a small tent 20 feet from gently lapping waves of the sea, 4) the feeling of an authentic connection with people who care about the environment and generously share the experience with their guests and last but not least, 5) the magnificent taste of organically farmed scallops fresh from the ocean, eaten with a squeeze of lime juice. If you are looking for glamping, don't come here. This is camping in its basic form, except that there is a bathroom which is rustic and clean. If you are looking to connect with nature, the sand, the sea and local people, book immediately!

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Chiri Glamping. Our son had a great time climbing on the rock wall, swinging, sliding, and soaking in the hot tub. The bed and linens were the most comfortable of all our accommodations in 12 nights in CR - luxurious and plush. The bathroom was surrounded by nature and the shower products were soothing and relaxing, and everyone had their own robe. The essential oils were a nice touch, and the ac kept the room cool and inviting. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, and my husband got an amazing cocktail in the beautiful restaurant. The front desk staff was friendly, thorough, and escorted us to our room. The view overlooks Santa Elena and it was striking to watch the clouds come in and then go out within minutes. This is truly and special experience. We did hear music in the night from a nearby business and there was a bike race in the morning that woke us quite early, but in this convenient to town location, it is inevitable. Recommended!

The location is just as described. The yurt was pretty comfortable thanks to the fans and air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked and even grilling material was aplenty. There were smore sticks as well. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Nearby, there is great Texan bbq and horse riding. Highly recommend.

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

The safari tent was great! We rented kayaks from Travis and had a great time on the river. Access is directly from the property. The tent had an AC unit, which was great.

We just got back from our glamping weekend with the family, and it was everything we needed ! The setup was perfect—comfortable beds, cozy vibes, and all the amenities that made it feel confortable in the middle of nature. We spent our days exploring, playing games, and making memories The kids loved it, and the adults appreciated the peace and reset. It was the perfect blend of outdoor and comfort. WOW!!! Punta Chivato gem. Fantastic spot and great little place stay. Super private with a fantastic beach. Hosts were great from start to finish. We will be back.

El lugar está increíble! Las camas son súper ricas, cómodas, huelen delicioso! Amamos tomar nuestro café mañanero contemplando el amanecer (cada habitación tiene una máquina y cápsulas Nespresso de cortesí). Los baños aún cuando son compartidos están perfectamente limpios. Las hamacas y el mirador de estrellas es algo que no puedes perderte por la noche. Definitivamente volveremos, pero esta vez con lo necesario para gozar del área de asador y fogata…

If you are looking for a beautiful and quaint spot, look no further! Pedernales Falls State Park is just right down the road! You have to check this place out. Thanks again for the southern hospitality, we can’t wait to bring our children back!

El ambiente es perfecto para quienes buscan una escapatoria en la naturaleza sin perder la comodidad. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero con el toque rústico y acogedor que caracteriza este tipo de alojamiento. La combinación de comodidad y contacto directo con el entorno natural es, sin duda, lo que hace especial esta experiencia. Además, la ubicación en el cerro ofrece una vista espectacular que hace que cada amanecer y atardecer se sientan mágicos. Los anfitriones fueron muy simpáticos y amables, pero quiero destacar a Jorge, una persona realmente especial, que nos hizo sentir como en casa con su trato amable y gentil.

Outstanding glamping! We loved our stay and will miss our evenings at the fire pit under the stars from the Lone Star State. Near to the Big Bend Nationalpark. Thanks for hosting us. We hope to be back one of these days.

One of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Mary was so sweet and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The shower was nice and warm and the bed comfy. Truly one of my favorite stays on Airbnb!

El lugar es un escaparate de la ciudad justo como lo necesitabamos, muy tranquilo y en silencio, para disfrutrar de una noche estrellada. Nos quedamos 3 noches y cada una nos brindo una experiencia diferente, una de tormenta y lluvia, pero justo cuando ya habiamos disfrutado la fogata, el dia siguiente ya despejado, en compañia de otros inquilinos pero muy respetuosos. Aunque es un lugar compartido cada zona se siente la privacidad. Nos dimos una vuelta larga en biciceta por la mañana, jugamos corn hole hasta cansarnos. Sayra fue muy amable por medio de mensajes, su Padre, Jorge, nos recibio, estuvo muy atento y nos hizo sentir super bienvenidos, excelente host, el hizo esposa, atentos a que no faltara nada. Tienen una cocineta con venta de hamburguesas y pizzas por la tarde, aprovechamos el tercer dia y mientras esperamos de cortesias unas cervezas artesanales para ver el atardecer en esa hermosa vista. Excelente experiencia, volveremos y gracias.

Nos gustó mucho Azomalli Mountain Glamping, la atención de Enrique y el staff fue excelente. Sin duda, volveríamos! Siempre nos proporcionaron lo que sea que necesitáramos. En definitiva creo que el lugar y sus alrededores se aprecian mucho más en tiempo de lluvia o posterior, cuando no hace tanto calor y la vegetación está verde. El lugar se encuentra súper cerca de Tepoz así que puedes salir a pasar el día allá.

Un lugar que te hace sentir en la aventura con las comodidades que necesitas, muy satisfechos con el hospedaje y atención de Arturo siempre atento, realmente la pasas genial!

This is a super private and peaceful environment. If you're used to camping then you'll love this spot. If you're not used to camping just make sure to bring a good flashlight and any other basic necessities for navigating in the dark. Most camping spots at state parks are barely cheaper than this Airbnb and you'd still have to have you're own gear. So this is a pretty sweet deal considering all it has to offer. It's well kept in my opinion and I enjoy the fact that the neighbors aren't very close at all. You can truly get away. We only needed a place to stay for one night but I plan on coming back here when it warms up a little. Next time I'm bringing our dog with us! If you're a nature oriented person you really will love this spot.

Absolutely amazing campsite very secluded and quiet. Love how close the campsites are to the water. Campsites also have good draining it started raining in the middle of the night and I just decided to sleep through it and didn’t experience any flooding or washing out in my campsite. I would recommend bringing a raft or something and walking upstream about an hour or two and then floating back down was such a beautiful and nice experience. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s the perfect campsite for someone who likes primitive camping but doesn’t want to give up all the amenities. Can’t wait to come back

I took my girlfriend here for an evening away from our roommates, and we enjoyed every bit of it! The accommodations were gorgeous. The peace and quiet was a great change of scenery. We spent a great deal of the evening in the hot tub, looking at stars. Shannon was an awesome host and we are definitely going to be back!

Great place to camp on the ghost town!

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience this was. Dawn and Leo are truly amazing hosts. I felt right at home the moment I checked. The tent was just was just as described and more. Thank you guys. You made me feel like family, I truly appreciated that. I will be back to try out your other cabins, I just want to experience all that you have to offer.
