Tent vacation rentals in Latin America

What makes this experience special is 1) the hosts, who make you feel like family and look after you as such, 2) the raw nature of the area adjacent to Paracas National Reserve, 3) the truly basic accommodations of sleeping on air mattresses in a small tent 20 feet from gently lapping waves of the sea, 4) the feeling of an authentic connection with people who care about the environment and generously share the experience with their guests and last but not least, 5) the magnificent taste of organically farmed scallops fresh from the ocean, eaten with a squeeze of lime juice. If you are looking for glamping, don't come here. This is camping in its basic form, except that there is a bathroom which is rustic and clean. If you are looking to connect with nature, the sand, the sea and local people, book immediately!

Such a unique and awesome experience. It was a nice change of pace and to just go with the flow. Pan is the man, I enjoyed the company and learned a ton about his home. Feels like I have a friend in Puerto Rico now. He wants the best for his guests. Don’t expect a normal Airbnb experience/stay, it definitely leans more towards an experience.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Chiri Glamping. Our son had a great time climbing on the rock wall, swinging, sliding, and soaking in the hot tub. The bed and linens were the most comfortable of all our accommodations in 12 nights in CR - luxurious and plush. The bathroom was surrounded by nature and the shower products were soothing and relaxing, and everyone had their own robe. The essential oils were a nice touch, and the ac kept the room cool and inviting. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, and my husband got an amazing cocktail in the beautiful restaurant. The front desk staff was friendly, thorough, and escorted us to our room. The view overlooks Santa Elena and it was striking to watch the clouds come in and then go out within minutes. This is truly and special experience. We did hear music in the night from a nearby business and there was a bike race in the morning that woke us quite early, but in this convenient to town location, it is inevitable. Recommended!

El lugar es súper lindo y perfecto para desconectarse, está cerca del Salto el Laja por lo que se puede ir en unos minutos a este sitio.

The location is just as described. The yurt was pretty comfortable thanks to the fans and air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked and even grilling material was aplenty. There were smore sticks as well. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Nearby, there is great Texan bbq and horse riding. Highly recommend.

Un hermoso plan diferente. Para relajarse y desconectarse va muy bien. Mi esposa y yo nos escapamos una dia completo y el hacer poco pero hacerlo en unas instalaciones lindas en un lugar hermoso fue justo lo que necesitabamos. Ideal para llevar tu comida preparla y relajarte en las carpas que tiene vista al Cotopaxi y una botella de vino .

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

El lugar es hermoso y la atención es 10 de 10. Los anfitriones Isabel y Juan Carlos son muy amables y serviciales. El lugar realmente me encanto, es muy bonito, despertar con la vista al lago es espectacular 😍. Es perfecto para quienes buscan algo tranquilo, desconectarse y estar con la naturaleza, y sobre todo tener comodidad. El paddel incluido le da ese plus al paseo 💯 Una recomendación es llevar provisión de alimentos , mecatos ... esas cositas, ya que cerca no es tan práctica la salida. Igual hay domicilios, aunque considerebles por la distancia que hay desde Oasis y el pueblo.

My boyfriend and I had such a great time staying here! The tent was super cute and cozy. There was a space heater in the tent that warmed up the space super quick when the temp dropped. The bathroom space was very clean and had toiletries provided. I was grateful to have a full bathroom during a “camping” trip. Travis is a great host, super responsive and friendly.

Awesome place for a romantic getaway. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. The views out in the country are great and it’s very peaceful and private.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Ranch at Beulah. The yurt was spacious and comfortable. Noah was extremely helpful, friendly and a great host. The property was large, so we really appreciated the use of the Mule. We hiked down a trail full of blackberries, caught fish which we cooked over a campfire, enjoyed a cool dip at the Trestle, spent relaxing evenings at Waterfall Way, played sand volleyball and threw tomahawks and enjoyed the outdoor oven meals so much. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the busyness and relax in nature!

Our stay was enchanting! We will definitely be back.The property is clean, with lots of activities. Our kids loved the games, scavenger hunt, the outdoor movie theater, the hammock and of course… all the little critters and farm animals! The host family gave us a tour of their property and that was truly the highlight of the trip! The only time we left the property was to stock up on food to not waste any time eating out. We enjoyed the tent itself, especially during the amazing storm we got to watch through the see-through top! It was clean, fun and peaceful! Perfect getaway from the city!

Dezarae’s place was very peaceful! It is also located in a beautiful part of Florida! Surrounded been springs and cool small towns! Would definitely love to stay here again!

I booked the stargazer tent as part of a birding getaway in Southeastern Arizona, and it was perfect for what I wanted out of my vacation. The stars out in this area are spectacular, and the quiet is remarkable. I was awakened by the call of an elf owl one night, which I welcomed. :) in short, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but with many of the comforts and conveniences of being somewhere closer to town. I hope to come back one day with my family!

Loved the stay here, it was all that we’d hoped for. We were lucky enough to stay on a night a big thunderstorm rolled through and it was an incredible experience. The view from bed was top notch & I was super impressed with how well built and comfortable the tents are.

Hermoso lugar

El lugar es un escaparate de la ciudad justo como lo necesitabamos, muy tranquilo y en silencio, para disfrutrar de una noche estrellada. Nos quedamos 3 noches y cada una nos brindo una experiencia diferente, una de tormenta y lluvia, pero justo cuando ya habiamos disfrutado la fogata, el dia siguiente ya despejado, en compañia de otros inquilinos pero muy respetuosos. Aunque es un lugar compartido cada zona se siente la privacidad. Nos dimos una vuelta larga en biciceta por la mañana, jugamos corn hole hasta cansarnos. Sayra fue muy amable por medio de mensajes, su Padre, Jorge, nos recibio, estuvo muy atento y nos hizo sentir super bienvenidos, excelente host, el hizo esposa, atentos a que no faltara nada. Tienen una cocineta con venta de hamburguesas y pizzas por la tarde, aprovechamos el tercer dia y mientras esperamos de cortesias unas cervezas artesanales para ver el atardecer en esa hermosa vista. Excelente experiencia, volveremos y gracias.

Nos encantó la experiencia. La zona de la alberca está muy cerca de la calle, pero se sentía súper privado, muy tranquilo. Desde ahí se ve y escucha el mar. Por las tardes sí se sentía el calor, pero aprovechamos para ir a la playa o salir a comer. En las noches con los ventiladores hasta frío tuvimos. La zona se siente muy segura. Dejamos nuestras cosas y jamás nos faltó nada. Encontrábamos todo como lo habíamos dejado. Por las noches, el ruido de los animales es mínimo, pero bastante agradable si te gusta la naturaleza. Oliver siempre estuvo al pendiente, fue muy atento y ameno en todo momento.

Fue una noche padrísima en el alojamiento de Arturo, además de que estuvo al pendiente siempre de todo lo que necesitábamos, todo estaba limpio, teníamos leña, fuimos en época de lluvias y él se encargó de que no hubiera filtraciones en el glamping. Baños limpios! Volveré.

We had an absolute blast! This was the perfect weekend getaway. We brought our pups along for this camping trip, and they loved it just as much as we did. Amanda, the host, was incredibly accommodating and even helped us choose the best site for our huge tent. 10/10 — this place is a hidden gem!

Experiencia magica! Me quedé con mi pareja en el Charco El Mango y fue una experiencia maravillosa . Se la recomiendo a todo aquel que busca desconectarse para conectar. Desde el lugar hasta las mismas personas locales que llegas a conocer en el charco son súper agradables. Lo volvería a repetir de una.
