The house is located in one of the most beautiful and preserved regions of the north coast of São Paulo, between Ubatuba and Paraty. From the location you have easy access to the village of Picinguaba, beaches: Fazenda, Almada, Ubatumirim and Ilha das Couves, among other points of interest. The house is simple but comfortable, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest! It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove with an oven. There are screens on the windows and fans in the living room and bedrooms. WELCOME!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. What makes this place special is that the mobile home is located on 3 1/2 acres of land. The space includes a living room with a futon bed, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with closet space and laundry room with washer and dryer. Several other amenities included. The location is nine miles outside of historical Selma, AL and 32 miles away from Prattville, AL. It's the perfect spot to relax and get-a-way. Ideal place for traveling contract workers.
