Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything.
