Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Welcome to an authentic late-19th-century Swedish cottage, beautifully located in Sävast between Luleå and Boden. Surrounded by a river, forest, and open fields, it offers a peaceful and nature-oriented stay. The cottage has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both vacation and work. Access to sauna and fitness facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river, and the bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

Beautiful house and accommodation located on a headland in the Råne River. Close to water and forest. There is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and toilet with washing machine for comfortable accommodation in quiet and beautiful Norrbotten. The northern lights are common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. One bedroom with a double bed. Note: no crib is available. In the living room, there are two beds that can be disassembled. Also two sofas that you can make into beds if you are a large group.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. Karins red cottage

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

The Vintage Guesthouse

Slappna av i detta lugna boende vid Råneälven. Boendet kallas för ”The Vintage Guesthouse” på grund av inredningen som är typisk för 70-talet. Gästhuset är en del av en större garagebyggnad. Stranden ligger ca 100 m från boendet och där kan ni nyttja bryggan för att bada eller fiska under sommarhalvåret. Vid stranden finns bastu och badtunna som går att boka till en extra kostnad.
