House in quiet fractionation, excellent for rest, it has a soccer and basketball court, as well as two parks with games for children to also enjoy their stay, controlled and always safe access, 24h surveillance. The subdivision has a lagoon surrounded by nature, where there is an excellent vitapist for the morning exercise. A few meters from the house there is a convenience store where you can find everything you need for the day to day.
