It's been magnificent. My father and I have been there. Everything is very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Washing machine, dryer, oven, kitchen utensils.... Something that surprised me and is very good, automated blinds. I had a car and I parked both days without any problem on the street, a quiet area and without noise. Thanks to Javier for being attentive to our requests at all times. We'll be back.

The place is great. In a very new development and with everything you need. The room with a child's bed is not very suitable for an adult, as was the case with us. Expand garage space. Although the area is far from downtown, you can get there in 10 minutes by car. Overall, very positive.

The house is modern, welcoming and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the center, with a car park for €3/24h next to a mall — as parking right at the door is quite difficult. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, but we had to reduce it a lot to prevent the water from coming out of the shower base and flooding the toilet. In the bedroom, during the night, it was hot, which led us to sleep with the window open, and in the morning a lot of light comes in, which makes it difficult to sleep until later. In spite of these details, we enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

We were very comfortable in the house. It is secluded from the urban core and in full contact with nature. The house is energy self-sufficient. It's very nice, as shown in the photos of the listing. It's very peaceful. The sunrises from the bed are amazing. On the farm, there was a hen with her chicks that came to the door of the house. On the day of arrival, there was a bottle of wine for the guests.

The accommodation is very comfortable (right along Playa de las Canteras) and equipped with every comfort, we could also use the kitchen. The view from the room is wonderful, waking up and working on the PC with the sound of ocean waves was priceless!

The apartment was as advertised, it is conveniently located, and you can walk to all the sights in 5 minutes. A negative note is the parking, there are only two paid parking lots nearby and all the surrounding streets have paid parking, and the worst thing is that apart from being paid it is limited depending on the area, to only 2 hours a day and even only 1 hour of parking a day! Something quite negative, another quite negative point is that it is very, very noisy, just below there is a bus stop and between that and the noise of the street, the windows let in a lot of noise.
