Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Terrenas

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My family and I were fascinated by the place, especially my 5-year-old son with the training area they have in the yard. We loved everything, very beautiful and fascinating.

We had a very nice time, the accommodation is in a very nice and quiet condominium, the apartment is comfortable and nice overlooking a lake, everything was very clean and although the kitchen was small it served us very well, well cleaned and well-kept accommodation. The owners were very nice and helped me with everything I asked, answering very quickly. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with a very nice pool on the beachfront and the beach area is spectacular.

Second time back at Cedric’s apartment, this time brought my folks with us. They loved it too. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach and grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store. But my favorite part is that it’s modern and SO well lit. This won’t be our last time! Thanks Cedric!

Such a beautiful apartment and we very much appreciated the air conditioning not only in all the bedrooms but the living room as well! There is 24 hour security too and it's very close by foot to the center area of Las Terrenas. Would love to stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Harley's beautiful accommodation for two months, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is not directly on the sea, but it's ideal with several beaches nearby. The furthest one is just a 10-minute scooter ride away. Harley and his cousin were always attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. When a neighbor's dog howled all night due to being in heat, Harley immediately spoke to the neighbor and worked hard to ensure all guests had a quiet night. The accommodation itself was excellent, with reliable Wi-Fi that allowed me to work without any interruptions—even for online calls. Although there were two brief power outages during my stay, Harley kept me informed in advance, so I was prepared and able to work in the neighboring town. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Excellent place. Comfortable, clean and attentive to every detail, the nearby beach is beautiful and waiting for the sunset there was everything. The host was super attentive to my family. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home me and my family enjoyed it

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy Las Terrenas. Francis’s place was just what we were looking for when thinking about a relaxing beach getaway from the busy city of Santo Domingo. Everything was super good. The host was very kind and always attentive. The location is very nice and everything was very clean. The only thing is that there are quite a few mosquitoes because there are many plants around, so bring your repellent. Other than that, everything is great.

Loved Martin’s place! Super clean and comfortable. Great location, exactly as described. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it. Martin was very responsive and gave clear instructions.

This was an ideal location for our first visit to the area. It was walking distance to everything. Great rooftop pool for a dip after the ocean swim, which was just across the road. Denny is an awesome host, very responsive. We would certainly return!
