Comfortable apartment for walking around Madrid. Being in an interior patio, it is very quiet despite being located on a street with great movement. The experience of cultural diversity in the Lavapiés neighborhood is very interesting. It was close to all the places we wanted to meet. We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Renovated, modern house, everything new. With everything we need for our stay. We were a group of 10 and we had plenty of space, good bathrooms, comfortable beds.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

We loved the place. A very nice and cozy garden and house perfect for a group of 9-10 people, with lots of kitchenware. We went 9 and we were really comfortable, the living room is very spacious. The house was very hot when we arrived, something that is greatly appreciated and more now. In the case of the rooms in the background the radiators did not finish heating completely but we warned José and at nothing they approached to see what was going on and they put some electronic radiators so I solved problem. Just to point out that there were two bedrooms that had no window and one of them went through the master bedroom. For us it was not an issue because we did not make life in the room. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Google Maps took us to the back and it was a bit tricky, but the girl was attentive at all times. We arrived and they settled us in. Clean place, with heating and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything's good👍🏻. The free garage is appreciated.

Tidy house, with kitchen, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, terrace, sofa, TV. All the comforts of a home, with order and cleanliness in the house, it is also very pleasant aesthetically, the furnishings and the structure. Almost a shame to leave, the only flaw is the area quite outside the center

Everything was perfect, the stay was ideal for two people, with a very nice terrace and the studio perfectly equipped with everything, breakfast included with coffee maker, toast and cookies. The accommodation is peaceful and pleasant. A Dia supermarket is just diagonally, very convenient and offering attractive prices. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a great mattress, which helps to feel the warm atmosphere of the house. The welcome was warm, with clear explanations, especially regarding access to the garage. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is very convenient for luggage.

This accommodation is spacious, bright, quiet and clean. Good bedding. The metro is close to get to Madrid.

The accommodation was very near the sights to see in Madrid. It is only space for one, as described. Everything you need is at hand. María is very understanding and easy to work with on check-in. The city is quite walkable, and has terrific metro! I very much enjoyed my first visit to Spain. Be sure to give the full address when using Uber/Bolt.
