Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Salinas

The apartment was in perfect condition with a very spacious kitchen, too bad it was not very well stocked with pots and pans. During my stay there was a blackout in the whole area, the guys promptly provided us with candles and ice for our food. Thank you very much.

Great place to stay. Restaurants and Beach are walkable from this location.

I had an amazing stay at Adele's place! I was there for an entire month, and it was perfect. It's walking distance to the entire town and beach, but still in a great place, where it's quieter at night. I discovered a minor issue when I first arrived and they had someone there within 5 minutes (no joke) to take care of it. Also, when you are about to arrive they send you an incredibly informative PDF about the rental and the town. Great stuff. Could not recommend this place more. And I hope to go back ASAP.

We had such a great week’s stay at Victoria’s. The apartment has such a beautiful patio and view and is well stocked for a comfortable stay (great wifi and fully stocked kitchen). The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to town. The pool is well maintained and made for some relaxing afternoons after our morning surf’s. Victoria and her family were so warm and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend their place enough.

The house is old and wooden, which gives it a unique and nostalgic personality. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would expect from a BnB. It has a very large garden space where our pet could explore and feel free. An excellent experience. We would come back again.

Beautiful, comfortable house with a wonderful and private outdoor area. The location as described, 1 minute away from the beach. Excellent! Best location in Colorado in my opinion I was quickly attended to in all the requests I needed. The staff who were in the house were very polite and helpful as well. This house has the most breathtaking views and beach access, it looked just like the photos. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway! Also, Evert, the house guard, was incredibly nice and helpful!

The place is just as in the photos, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Although it is not in front of the beach, it makes up for it with the open and green space around it, very cozy. The pool area is perfect. We would definitely come back

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Here’s are a few pics in front of the house. So secluded and peaceful!

I loved that place. Stayed there for 2 weeks and was supposed to stay only for 1. Definetly a nice place to stay if you want privacy ! Daniel is awesome as well ! Loved him !

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

We loved the service, friendly staff and everything is very clean, the house is equipped with everything and is super comfortable.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Maria Andrea is very friendly. Always available for any questions, and she was very flexible with us regarding check-in and check-out. There were 4 of us. The apartment is located in a building, an apartment complex overlooking the ocean and the Christ of San Juan del Sur. There was a restriction of 20kwh per day, which seemed to me a good initiative to save energy considering the ecological issue. We didn't use the air conditioners by choice, which kept us well below the limit and we didn't have to pay anything in the end. I'd love to go back to Maria Andrea's apartment!

The accommodation was in perfect condition, very comfortable, just steps from the beach, the owners are very friendly and respond very quickly to any questions. To take into account in the future, in the complex there is only 1 pool for the 3 apartments, the owners live right there, and although a car can enter from the street, it is better to arrive with a high car. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

Condo 3D is very well maintained, equipped, comfortable, with stunning views and location. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!
