The house is ideal for large groups traveling with children, disabled (it has a ramp) and pets as it has a side and back patio. The parking lot is spacious (2 large cars), it has a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, full kitchen (utensils and appliances). The house is located in a quiet and safe area, 1 block from the Sanctuary and a 5-minute walk to the esplanade. There is a Chilango restaurant in front and a block away there are fish tacos 🌮🐟.

The house is 100 m from a commercial center with a large self-service store (Soriana), dry cleaning, fast food restaurants, beauty salon, gym (Family Fitness), taxi site (24 hrs / 7 days), ATMs, and many more stores and services.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Comfortable two-story house, located just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the pier by car and La Posada beach, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets that characterize La Paz. Two blocks away is the bike path that runs along the entire pier. The neighborhood is quiet and you can rest. I have a QS inflatable mattress, ideal for 2 extra people.
