Luxury Penthouse Best Ocean Views Pools BBQ Maid

The place is spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean, with ocean views and a wonderful terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed to make our six night stay perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars (but without any of the noise), pharmacy, shops, and in the other direction just one minute walk to a well stocked mini-market. Jose is one of the most helpful, proactive, and responsive hosts we've ever met. Some of the features we especially appreciated were the many full bathrooms so we could all shower at the same time, the nice pool and hot tub (can be heated if you ask) in the complex's private courtyard, the secure parking lot for the car we rented and for airport taxi drop off and pick up, and the nearly silent yet powerful air-conditioning, though most of the time the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view!!! Better than the pictures. You have access to the hotel amenities and the staff is 1A. Tomiris excellent hosta, responds quickly, gives you local recommendations, very clear instructions. Room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I would be back!!

Excellent apartment, very good layout and each room has its own bathroom, the host was super friendly with us, we arrived late at check-in and he was very considerate at check-out, it's my third time in the residential complex and I like it because it's not close to the weekend chaos in the city

Excellent place for a very beautiful couple, there was only a small detail and it is the theme of the parking and the entrance that when it rains it gets very uncomfortable and everything gets dirty but she explained that that is only while the construction ends there in the area but despite that everything very good and as I said perfect for a couple I recommend it 100%

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

Sonia was amazing and very responsive. The views are breath-taking. My partner and I needed a much needed relaxing getaway for 3 days and this was the perfect spot. The pool and the fopd was the highlight of our trip. The beach was walkable and the water was beautiful. On the last day, we asked Sonia's house keeper to make us a Mangu for breakfast, which was fantastic. We then spent the day by the pool and requested a massage therapist to give us pool-side massages. This trip was perfect and Sonia was amazing.

A woven basket is filled with a variety of colorful fruits, including apples, grapes, limes, and a pineapple, set against a backdrop of clear turquoise water and a serene sky.

can't say enough great things about the villa. we had an absolutely wonderful time! I was able to relax and our kids had plenty of things to do. the house is beautiful and our house manger was incredibly responsive. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and town center is a short drive. I would highly recommend Casa Coco. thank you for the wonderful time!

This house was perfect for my family vacation. The hosts were very responsive. The house caretaker was amazing. Nicely decorated villa and great pool/ garden area.

This place was absolutely amazing, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. We were able to enjoy the chefs services which were delicious. The team in general worked perfectly to our expectations and then some. One thing we were iffy about was how close the beach was, but it was a 3 minute walk from the house, and super accessible. The beaches were pristine, and were everything we were hoping for .

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.
